Siempre he querido aprender a hacer pan de masa madre. He estado en varias clases, he leído un sin fin de libros sobre pan (he fotografiado uno incluso, sobre pan peruano) y he intentado varias veces hacer masa madre fracasando como tres veces en el intento. Ayer la capa de Bertha Uribe vino a mi casa y con su paciencia de santa y todo lo que sabe sobre pan, me ha explicado todo el proceso paso a paso, detalle tras detalle, desde la masa madre hasta el horneado... sin duda un día de mucho aprendizaje que acabo con esta belleza de pan en mis manos hecho por ambas, con masa madre en mi refri vivita y coleando, y un pan listo para hornear hoy! (ENG BELOW) 🇮🇹 Ma voi, ditemi, qual è la vostra portata preferita al ristorante? Per me l’antipasto sicuramente! E’ sempre la parte più interessante della carta e poi è “l’inizio” di qualcosa di meraviglioso.  Se volete qualche idea per degli antipasti per un picnic a Pasquetta, un brunch primaverile o una cena tra amici, vi sconsiglio di gettarvi sui sempre verdi bastoncini di pasta sfoglia e prosciutto (tutti li abbiamo portati a una festa prima o poi) e buttarvi invece sui dip! Oggi ve ne propongo addirittura due diversi, che trovate nell link in bio ovviamente, un hummus di piselli freschi “senza sprechi” perchè fatto anche con i baccelli, e un patè di pomodori secchi, salvia e noci che è una rivisitazione di una ricetta di @luisegreenkitchenstories. Verrines de tartare avocat, mangue, œufs de lump et crevettes INGRÉDIENTS NB DE PERSONNES : 8 200 g de crevettes roses cuites et décortiquées 2 c. à soupe d’œufs de lump 1 avocat mûr mais pas trop mou 1 mangue mûre mais pas trop molle 2 tomates confites 1 citron vert 1/2 oignon rouge 2 c. d’huile d'olive 4 brins d'aneths 6 gouttes de tabasco Sel & poivre PRÉPARATION PRÉPARATION : 20 MIN  CUISSON : 0 MIN Pelez et hachez l’oignon, ciselez l’aneth et pressez le jus du citron vert. Pelez l’avocat, retirez le noyau et détaillez-le en dés, puis arrosez-le d’un filet de jus de citron.  Épluchez la mangue, prélevez la chair et détaillez-la de la même façon. Coupez la tomate confite en lamelles.  Dans un saladier, mélangez les crevettes avec l’huile d’olive, le Tabasco, le reste de jus de citron, l’aneth, du sel et du poivre.  Ajoutez la tomate, les dés de mangue et d’avocat. Mélangez très délicatement et répartissez dans des verrines.
