Was still feeling a little under the weather, so breathing while squatting was an issue.. This is the last set of 5 sets of 6 rep Squat Supersets. Only ended up getting 4x4 on this last set but I'll take it. The workout is Front Squats supersetted with Back Squats. Yes I did say Front Squats supersetted with Back Squats. Talk about a brutal squat/cardio workout. If you want to try this do 5 sets of at least 5 reps per set. Base the weight off of your Front Squat numbers. Complete your Front Squats first then immediately do the same amount of reps for Back Squats.
Rest day vibes 🧘🏽♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had an unexpected rest day today. I woke up with a very sore throat and felt very out of it. I made it three hours into work and then headed home because I didn’t feel good. I’ve slept a majority of the day and I’m bummed I couldn’t make it to the gym. But I want to ensure I get better soon, so rest it is 🤷🏽♀️ I’ll get back on track tomorrow if I’m feeling better and it’ll just be a small bump in the road. Happy Tuesday!
