CHEST WORKOUT  Part One 👙💪🏼 — Tri Set to start our Chest & Triceps Workout.  1️⃣Bench Press— so this workout is from last Monday.  This morning i tried not to include the bench press in my chest workout.  I couldn’t do it.  It’s like a ritualistic cornerstone of chest day.  I always start with the bench press.  2️⃣… by leaning forward and pressing down on the triceps dip machine, I really felt these in between the chest, which if you’re small chested, or in my case concave chested, I like to target that area because I think it gives a nice definition when I’m wearing slutty inappropriately low cut shirts.  Key with these was getting the weight and resistance right… 3️⃣Had a reverse grip on the D handle and really focused on keeping that elbow pinned to my side and fully locking out and holding that contraction for moment.  Next for the 1️⃣st exercise of the superset is the Svend Press standing with a weight plate, another good one for the inner pecs— I rarely do these simply because of the weight plates in our gym. CHEST WORKOUT 👙 (Triceps workout in separate post) —For the bench press-- look at how my wrists are straight for the first couple reps, this is how you want to hold the bar, don’t allow those wrists to bend back—shown in the last few reps.  For the single arm pec deck maintain a controlled continuous movement, arc that arm and bring it right past the midline, don’t let your arm come further back than straight out to the side, really focus on keeping your chest muscles engaged.
