#projektjulskinka fick ett stort bidrag idag i form av knäböj, utfallssteg och legcurls.  Det som också hände var att en random man tog sig friheten att betygsätta min böj till en 7a och gav mig en lektion-helt gratis-i hur man ska göra. Så snällt, älskar verkligen att få oombedda råd av folk jag inte känner och inte heller känner mig 😍  Eller så inte. Det finns bara ett råd som faller utanför regeln att ge oombedda råd och det är : Ge inte råd som folk inte bett om, oavsett om det gäller böjteknik, livsval, hur man ska tänka, känna eller överlag leva sitt liv.
