The best time to do your exercise will be whenever it best fits into your day and lifestyle. - - If you’re an early riser and you want to get it out the way at 6am, then excellent, go for it! Plus well done for getting up that early, especially in the current cold and dark morning conditions! - - If getting up before 7am just is not in your book of thoughts, and you’d rather train after work, let’s say 5pm onwards, then again, that’s totally fine! - - But let’s just clear up a few things now. Training early in the morning WILL NOT promote more fat loss, nor will you build more muscle mass if you train at 6am, compared to 6pm. Training later in the day, then having your dinner late at night WILL NOT mean more fat gain. Just to Clarify those two myths up there. - - Building muscle or losing fat will come down to a combination of your overall daily calorie intake and exercise output. Not what time of day you exercise. - - You train, when YOU want to train! The main thing is, just make sure you do your exercise, because it’s good for you! 😉 😊 - - I’ll give you cartoon Daniel’s training regime preferences - Most days, one to one morning clients from 6am until 10am, then I’ll train. Two days of the week, gym shift from 6am-2pm, then I’ll train. Days off, I’ll wake up and train fasted. So from my personal preference choice, I like to exercise anywhere between 10am-2pm. - - Firstly, because it fits in very well with my day around work. WIE NEHM ICH RICHTIG AB? ⠀ Die meisten von uns möchten eine schöne Figur haben und ganz viele wollen bis zum Sommer abnehmen. ⠀ Viele möchten so schnell wie möglich Fett verlieren und essen dann 1200-1300 kcal am Tag. 🤦🏽‍♀️ ⠀ Nichts passiert von heute auf morgen! Das Abnehmen braucht seine Zeit! Ich würde es keinem empfehlen, in einem Monat versuchen, so schnell es geht auf sein Wunschgewicht zu kommen. ⠀ Egal wie viel Sport ihr machen werdet, ihr werdet nicht abnehmen, wenn ihr euch nicht im Kaloriendefizit befindet! Das Kaloriendefizit ist natürlich bei jedem unterschiedlich und hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab.  1. Wie viel bewegt ihr euch am Tag ? Wie viele Schritte macht ihr ungefähr? 2. Wie oft geht ihr zum Sport? ⠀ Das Kaloriendefizit kann man innerhalb ungefähr 4 Wochen rausfinden. Ihr guckt wie viel Kalorien ihr ungefähr in diesen vier Wochen verbraucht( z.B: mit einer Track-Uhr). Wenn ihr keinen hohen Körperfettanteil habt, würde ich euch empfehlen ungefähr 500-600kcal runterzugehen. MEHR NICHT! ⠀ Ich kann nur jedem ans Herz legen, anfangen zu tracken! Ihr wisst wie viel ihr ungefähr verbraucht + ihr macht euch eurer Defizit daraus. Ihr esst dann so, dass ihr euch immer im Kaloriendefizit befindet. Guckt wie euer Körper darauf reagiert: wiegt euch in diesem Monat. Somit könnt ihr gucken, wie viel ihr essen sollt damit ihr abnehmen könnt! ⠀ Ich bin absolut gegen jede Diät! Macht es lieber langsamer und verfolgt genau einen Plan anstatt irgendwelche Diäten zu machen! 🤗 ⠀ Das Abnehmen ist kein schneller Prozess! Macht euch nicht verrückt wenn ihr nicht direkt so viel an Gewicht verliert! Das Gewicht hängt von vielen Faktoren ab, vor allem bei Frauen! 2-4 kg in einem Monat ist völlig okay und gesund! Am Anfang wird es vielleicht etwas schneller gehen, weil der Körper erstmal Wasser verliert und dann Fett. So I’m starting to workout a little like Bradley Martyn (Fitness inspiration) for the next 26 Days (30 Day Challenge) started four days ago and now I feel it.  Pretty much everything has sizes up a bit. Can’t wait to see what the outcome is after the next 26 days. “Everyday is arm day.” My type of workout listed below: The 1 hour chest workout. 20 min incline bench press 20 min “normal”?! Cline bench press  20 min of decline bench press (or seated dips) 5-7 sets of 8-12 reps cable curls  5-7 sets of 8-12 reps tricep push downs 6-8 sets of 8-12 leg press (leg extension too) 5-6 sets of 8-12 reps lat pull downs (seated) 5-6 sets of 8-12 reps barbell rows  4-5 sets of 8-12 reps shoulder press 4-5 sets of 8-12 reps dumbbell lateral raises.
