But what really is push/pull? For example - bench press, triceps pushdowns or overhead shoulder press. *PULL - This refers to the movement where we pull the weights closer to our body. There are some unspoken rules of the gym that you must obey or otherwise you will always be recognised as "that guy" of the gym.  1️⃣ This is really annoying and it annoys everyone when you stare them for way too long. People get scared, uncomfortable and insecure when you stare them.  2️⃣ Never leave the weights on the ground. Always place them where they belong. A lot of people forget this and leave weights here and there. Don't be that guy.  3️⃣ Never tell someone if he/she is doing any workout wrong is he/she is a douchebag.  4️⃣ It's really rude when you talk to someone while they are lifting weights because it distracts them and they lose focus from the exercise.  5️⃣ Never listen to any guy in the gym for advice. Always listen to your trainer. If you don't have a trainer then pay for it. Investing in yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself.  6️⃣ This is for all the guys out there who trains with their shirts off. These are some shoulder warms up that will make your shoulder feel really listen up and ready to do any exercise.  Shoulder mobility is really important for some exercises like dips, bench press etc.  If your shoulder is all tight and stiff then you may experience problems and pain in your shoulder which is a sign of discomfort which leads to injuries. So, it's really important to do some shoulder warms ups everyday no matter which muscle group your are training that day to keep your shoulders healthy and increase the mobility of your shoulders.  1️⃣ In this warm up what you have to do is stand next to the wall so, your back stays completely flat to the wall. After this you need to raise your arms without leaving the wall untouched and make sure that your outer forearms and the outer side of your index finger is flat on the wall and try to do a clap with your hands slowly and as you go up with your arms you will notice that you can't go any further without lifting the arms and at this point try to keep your hands with the wall but you can lift your arms just so, you can do a clap. Do this 4-5 times and you will feel a instant relief in your shoulders.  2️⃣ In this warm up you take a pipe like structure which is light in weight grab the pipe wide and try to completely rotate your arms backwards without letting go of the bar. This is a great warm up and I personally do this everytime before bench press and dips.  3️⃣ It is the same but with a resistance band because resistance band provides much more resistance than a pipe. . . .
