I see it time and time again, people who get into “I’ma do this first” mode. That means they get into the mode of... I’m going to create some content, I’m going to create an automation, I’m going to try this other new thing that’s not directly related to my actual goal of selling to my signature program to my ideal clients. ...blah, blah, blah… The list goes on. That's not going to get you where you want to go. Whenever, I see someone wait, ponder, and “one day” their program, I know it’s time to work on helping them shift their mindset. That's because I know they'll learn sooo much more by doing. IF they actually get around to doing it they may find that they need to change the format, the pricing, or they need to make a pivot so they actually love how they sell and serve with their program. So don’t wait, wish upon a star and "one day" it, do it now. Doing it (selling, then running your program) is the ONLY way to be sure. So get your whole self - your head, heart and your body in the game. Go all in. Besides, do you really have the time to not be making an income and an impact? I show you how to take the right actions inside my signature program workshop that helps you create and sell your signature program. It took me 30 years and changing my zip code to understand hang around 1st class people. Individuals in coach don’t understand the mindset you have when you say you’ll own and do certain things in life. My life has changed , my thoughts have changed. Step out on faith. Fear will paralyze you. Get out that COMFORT ZONE. @coachstormy amazing and confirmation. I once was the Shy girl who couldn’t order pizza, God I don’t know where you taking me, but I’m ready. . . . . . . #femaleentrepreneur#womeninbusiness #changeyourlife#womensupportingwomen #girlboss#makeithappen#bossbabes #buildyourempire#knowyourworth#brandstrategy#lawofattraction#dreambigger#growyourbusiness#womenwhohustle#blkcreatives #savvybusinessowner#creativeentrepreneur#beyourownboss #calledtobecreative#mycreativebiz #tnchustler#contentmarketing#instagramforbusiness#instagramexpert#socialmediastrategist#socialmediastrategy#joblesslifestyle
A gentle reminder for you, wherever you are. 💕 Do you feel like you’re not doing enough, don’t have enough or you’re not enough? Do you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel chasing success? Is the chase for more making you tired and leading you to burn out? How can we stop chasing more external validation and accomplishments to prove our worthiness? As ambitious women, we want to build a business that aligns with our values, gives us freedom and flexibility, right? We want deep intimate relationships, to feel fulfilled on a soul level, and do the work we’re called to do. We want to fully step into our CEO and run a profitable and sustainable business with an amazing team that keeps things running smoothly while we… * serve our community * travel the world * feel fully expressed * unplug and spend time with family But I've seen so many entrepreneurs burnout and get stuck in a cycle of overwhelm and fear chasing a definition of success that is not their own. Are you slowing down to get clear on what you really, really want for you life? I just wrapped up my Love Over Metrics Retreat. The women read their 3 year visions out loud, created a strategic 12 month business plan of where they’re going next, and slowed down to honor what they’re grateful for in their lives. There were tears, laughter, dancing, deep conversations by the fire and in the infinity hot tub overlooking the redwood trees. In community, we are reminded that we are doing enough, that we have enough, and we are enough. The practice of knowing you are “enough” helps you to stop pushing and comparing your way forward. Take a breath and remember your heart and intuition transcends logic and dollar signs and knows what’s best for you. Pause to take inventory of what you already have and acknowledge the woman you have become on this journey so far. In my Lead with Love podcast episode, I explore the question of “what’s enough?” 🎧 Listen in iTunes, click the

"I want to set better boundaries."⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ This was shared with me by one of you who bravely admitted that this is an area that is holding her back.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ I feel you! When I was in the early stages of my first company (a credit card processing brokerage), I taught my clients how to treat me. I thought that answering every call and email within 10 minutes would be the differentiator that ingratiated them to me and would make them a long-time customer. Instead, I was getting calls at 2am from the night clubs who used our service (they had 24/7 support for that) and found myself glued to my inbox at all hours. I had no one to blame but myself.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ I took pride in being a 'workhorse' and being so great at customer service.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ Until I realized that was unsustainable and had to create better boundaries, whether that was by vocalizing them, gently nudging them to other built-in resources, or changing my behavior and realizing it didn't negatively impact anything at all.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ Where in your life and/or business could you carve out some healthier boundaries?⠀⠀
