Yep! Strong by Zumba is choregraphed. . Your very first class you might not anticipate the next moves, but you'll enjoy yourself and get a good sweat! . .Stay with me here...I have a point. Guys, I picked this format for a reason, (ok many reasons!): . ⚡The moves are SIMPLE. Jacks, squats, punches, lunges...that sort of thing. . ⚡No rythmn is required, these aren't dance classes. (Nothing at all against dance classes!) But! following choreography has the added benefit of increasing cognitive sharpness. 🧠 . ⚡There are only 2-3 moves, per track, that you repeat in order. By the end of the song, you've got it nailed. . ⚡I only add in one new song at a time, the whole class doesnt change up every single week. Come to a second class and see what I mean, you'll know what to expect. . So, if you've been avoiding a class because you think it'll be full of fancy footwork, I say give it two classes and not only will you be a pro 👊 but you'll see its a straight up INCREDIBLE full body workout to add to your fitness regimen. .
