throwin’ it back to this yummy dinner i made a little while ago! 😋 this plate is full of fall flavors with an apple and thyme chutney on top of a pork chop, paired with rosemary roasted red potatoes and green beans! 🍏 i don’t typically cook with meat these days, but when i do, i love trying something a little different! what’s your favorite fall meal?? ✨
We were always spaghetti once a week, game meat once a week- pretty much same 7 dinners on repeat kinda people. - How we eat has definitely changed over the years- so much variety now and the recipes I get from others on my coaching team and then pass on to the people I support have broadened our horizons so much! - This lasagna skillet recipe came from the meal plan we send out to hundreds of people that are supported by coaches on our team. It is something our family NEVER would have tried without it landing in my inbox. - Every week it's so awesome to hear how the people we support are blown away by how these healthy recipes can taste SO GOOD!! - Years ago before learning about clean, whole food eating, I really thought it just meant salads and chicken alllll the time. So glad I was wrong! Give me all the good for you, delicous recipes! 🍽 - If you'd like this lasagna skillet recipe, just drop a favorite food emoji below!
Pasta will never fail me. It’s my go to when i don’t know what to make and i want to use up the fridge and this pasta dish was no exception. Threw together roasted broccoli, onions, and garlic with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Mixed it all with these #glutenfree macaronis, lemon juice, pesto, and pasta water. Topped it all off with half an avocado, EBTBS, and gorgonzola. Can you say yum?!
