Por olho grande e descontrole emocional, cheguei ao shape da primeira foto e sem perceber que estava engordando mais ainda, recebi um comentário de uma pessoa falando: “nossa, como você engordou né?”Depois desse baque, tive que procurar ajuda de um profissional pra me orientar a como voltar pro meu corpo de antes e foi aí que eu conheci o @leopernigotti que daí do Brasil me ajudou a chegar ao shape da segunda foto. This mornings first workout of the day: 🍑 After my hip thrusts, which I did at 80% of my max 5 sets of 8-12 reps each I did Glute bridges which you see here....this is something new I’ve been working in lately and have found it to be very beneficial for my glutes. I worked up to 265 for sets of 20. . If you saw my story you’ll see I went back to my home gym later in the morning to do my heavier sets....I worked up to 405 lbs for 3 sets of 4-8 reps. it’s a good day to be YOU 🤩 (& it’s also saturday so why not try to spread a lil extra love 💜) • because i have such a strong belief in individuality & embracing who you are, i wanted to share a couple fun facts you probably didn’t know about me 😉 read below if ya want your mind blown 🤯 (not really but they may surprise you) • 1) i have the worst memory. and not when it comes to memorizing things for school or remembering what i ate yesterday, but actually REMEMBERING simple details of a conversation or, i don’t know, SOMEONE’S ENTIRE LIFE STORY. my mind seems to either zone out randomly or only pick up certain things because i always forget things people tell me or forget that I TOLD THEM something. idk, still tryin to figure this one out 🤔 2) I LOVE SCHOOL! 🍎📓✏️ i honestly wish i could be a student forever; i love learning new things & finding out ways to apply them in my everyday life 😇 3) i struggle with simple facial recognition skills 😂 the amount of times i THINK i see someone i know, say hi, and it turns out not to be them at all is absurd. i think there’s a disorder for this & i’m 98% sure i have it 😒 4) i organize my pantry and fridge by expiration date & can only have a couple of food items open at a time 🙃it stresses me out if i let something expire or have too many things open to eat bc i feel like i have to eat them all 👀 5) I LOVE WRITING ✏️❣️reading too, of course, but over the years, writing poems or even reflecting on my life has helped me through the toughest of situations; it truly is my creative outlet 🤗 6) KEEPING BUSY KEEPS ME SANE 😤 it sounds counterintuitive, but if i’m not running around from place to place & constantly doing SOMETHING, i start to get anxiety & think about everything that COULD go wrong or everything i COULD be doing. this is something i know i need to work on, being able to ~relax~ and switch off work-mode. it’ll happen eventually 😆 •

I'm working on my store list and the list of dinners/lunches for next week.... and I might throw this one into the mix! These Indian curry potatoes are one of my favorites, especially with roasted asparagus and chicken. ****************************************** If you are meal prepping you don't have to only eat one meal over and over. In my experience people get burnt out and instead of trying different recipes they end up falling off the wagon. It might take a little more work to change up what you are eating while still hitting your macros, but it's well worth it and it will be a lifestyle change instead of a short term diet! My hair length goals? . As long as they can get. 😜 . I’ve already reached my first goal, which was to have them grow back to their normal length (barely neck length and just long enough to be put in a super short ponytail 😆) Now, I’m just working to keep them healthy, and retain the length. . What I do to keep them healthy and retain length: keep my hair and scalp moisturized and wear protective styles (I prefer twists). . I never knew that my 4c hair could be as long as they are today, so I am still being surprised daily. Still pushing through. Keeping it realistic. . Do you have any length goals?
