Vegan taco recipe is here! 🤗 ⚡️ •heat 1 tbsp of oil in large skillet •add one medium size diced white onion and cook for two minutes •add one pack of soy chorizo and one pack of beef-less ground beef (don’t add ANYTHING, it is perfect as is!) 🙅🏼♀️ •add a handful of chopped cilantro •cook mixture for about 10 minutes •add to heated corn tortilla (I heat mine on my stovetop flame, dangerous but effective) 🔥 •preferred add ons: arugula, cherry tomatoes, heated cashew fiesta dip, guacamole
Happy Saturday friends! I hope you are all having a productive but relaxing weekend. It feels like spring here in Alabama today and I’m surprised how much I’m loving it. The past couple of weeks have been intense. I’m taking this weekend to recharge and get back on track with eating real healthy foods that make me feel better. This was a quick lunch/snack after my run today. @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi and a quickly thrown together marinara that included @furtherfood collagen. Collagen can be added to so many things other than coffee! See my stories for more details about this very quick and simple meal.
Sage Brown Butter Sauce 🌿 Rinse and pat dry fresh sage leaves. Heat a whole stick of butter over medium-low heat. Once butter begins to foam up, add sage, stir once, and let the butter begin to brown. When the foam begins to subside and the sage is crispy (3-5 minutes), remove from heat and sprinkle with sea salt. I like to stir in a little walnut or hazelnut oil to enhance the nutty flavour. Drizzle over butternut squash ravioli, gnocchi, roasted sweet potatoes, homemade croutons or anything else you like! #cooking#easyrecipes#food#pasta#gnocchi#mississauga
