-Dovrei andare in palestra. Dovrei allenarmi. Dovrei eseguire quegli esercizi che mi ha prescritto il mio Terapeuta. Dovrei evitare di stare seduto ore intere su quel divano. Dovrei essere più attivo fisicamente. Dovrei curare la mia alimentazione. Ok adesso ci provo! Però a pensarci bene ho tante cose da fare… vabbè inizio lunedì…- Mediamente questo è il dialogo interno che viviamo nella maggior parte dei casi quando dovremmo darci da fare ma in realtà inventiamo più scuse che soluzioni. Il raggiungimento di un buon stato di equilibrio corporeo o, ancora di più, di un “riequilibrio” dipende soprattutto da quanto impegno mettiamo nel volerlo realmente raggiungere. Non si può arrivare ad uno stato di forma fisica dedicandosi ogni tanto a qualche esercizio. Non si possono perdere chilogrammi di grasso in eccesso seguendo  la “dieta” 3 giorni su 7. Non possiamo guarire da un mal di schiena da debolezza muscolare continuando a poltrire su un divano. Le cose accadono soprattutto quando le facciamo accadere e prendersi un impegno con se stessi deve essere una cosa seria! La salute ed il benessere si costruiscono e si mantengono con la dedizione e la costanza. Che tu sia deciso a recuperare la tua forma fisica, recuperare il tuo mal di schiena o abbassare i tuoi ritmi di stress ciò che conta è la continuità del percorso che hai iniziato o che ti è stato designato.
