Went for a cloudy-day, mind-sorting, seven-mile run this morning. Didn’t finish feeling like I really untangled some of my current brain teasers, but it felt good, nonetheless, to feel the predictable rhythm of my feet beneath me and my heartbeat inside.

Toda mi vida fui súper ⏩flaquita⏪(como la foto de la izquierda ) y me fui a Estados Unidos 🇺🇸 y subí 15 kilos🐷 ahí fue donde me hice amiga del 🔥gym🔥, efectivamente los bajé y empecé a llevar una vida fit por que se convirtió en disciplina no tanto motivación... mi meta siempre fue tener las piernas 🦵🏽 grandes y tener pompis 🍑cosa que creía imposible🚫💭.. duré 8 meses motivadisima y hacía todo lo que leía y me inventaba (pero no veía cambios) el día que dije “ya no más! 🙅🏼♀️que aburrido es el gym” fue cuando encontré a @oscarsfit ✨y me dio mi plan de alimentación🥩🥗 y entrenamiento🏋🏽♀️ donde mi cuerpo ha cambiado TREMENDAMENTE!! • Estaba viendo mis fotos ayer y encontré un selfi 🤳🏼de hace 1️⃣año!!
