Free Agent Target: Frank Gore Position: Running Back Years Pro: 14 Age at the beginning of next season: 36 Career Stats: 14,748 yards, 77 touchdowns, 3,796 receiving yards, 18 receiving tds Next up is RB Frank Gore. Gore is my first offensive target that I’ve posted. He is an all time fan favorite and a future first ballot hall of famer. Gore still has gas in the tank and could still contribute. Alfred Morris and Raheem Mostert are both free agents and Jeff Wilson fumbles too much for my liking so bringing Gore as a RB3 would be great for the fans and for the team. Gore still loves the Niners and will retire a Niner. McKinnon and Breida are speed guys so adding a power back like Gore would complement them really well. McKinnon-Breida-Gore is very solid. Thoughts on signing Gore?
Was George Kittle the best tight end of the 2018-2019 season? ——————————————————— Tell me what you think in the comments.⬇️⬇️⬇️🔽🔽🔽 ——————————————————— For the latest news follow @nfl.update._ ——————————————————— #49ers#georgekittle#nfl#nfldebate @nfl @oursf49ers .
George Kittle was a late round gem at the TE position, finishing 3rd in most fantasy leagues. Where did we take him in our Perfect Fantasy draft? Find out Wednesday by listening to part 2 of the Perfect Fantasy Football Draft!
Robbie Gould said his free agency decision will prioritize his family, long-term stability and finding a winning team. A return to the Bears seems more and more likely. Niners could still franchise tag him at around 4-5M.
George Kittle was arguably the best TE this past season, but next season he will not have nearly the same production he had last season. Jimmy G will be back and the 49ers are favorites to land star WR Antonio Brown. Kittle won’t be the face of the offense and will have a limited role in the offense. - Cam #georgekittle#49ers#sanfrancisco49ers#sports#tightend#nfl#football#85
Our first 2018 fantasy award goes to Broncos RB Phillip Lindsay, the waiver add of the year. I considered 49ers TE #george Kittle but he was still drafted in a good amount of leagues, whereas Lindsay was drafted in none. Lindsay stayed consistent and solid all season long, dipping below double digit fantasy points just twice until getting injured week 16. He finished with 213 fantasy points on the year while scoring 10 TDs and finishing 4th in OROY voting. #roycefreeman was the rookie Bronco RB everybody expected to burst onto the scene, but the undrafted Lindsay stole the show from the very beginning. Going into next year, I value Lindsay as a low RB2 and would be willing to spend a 5th, or maybe a 4th round pick on him. Although I like Lindsay a lot as a player, I see him as a potential bust candidate in an unreliable offense and somewhat crowded backfield, so I have a feeling he won’t end up on many of my teams next year unless he drops in the draft rankings. — Runner Up: 49ers TE George Kittle #nflfootball#fantasyfootball#football#georgekittle#philliplindsay#broncos#ffb18awards#espn#nfl 📷: @deezydesigns
Free Agent Target: Dante Fowler Jr Position: EDGE Rusher Years Pro: 4 Age at the beginning of next season: 25 Career Stats: 16.0 sacks, 83 tackles, 4 forced fumbles Next up is Rams DE Dante Fowler Jr. The 49ers have had interest in Fowler in the past and he’s likely going to be one of the few EDGE that are actually available in Free Agency. Fowler was traded to the Rams mid season and had a big impact on the team. He needed a change of scenery from Jacksonville and he played real well with LA. Rams likely won’t be able to re-sign him and with the 49ers need of pass rushers, Fowler would be a great addition. Thoughts on signing Fowler?
George Kittle is an absolute monster. After having a rough rookie season, George Kittle had one of the best seasons from a Tight End the world has ever seen. From post game interviews to yards after the catch George Kittle is just a likeable guy. Not to mention he broke the single season record for yards by a tight end. Huge fan, hope he continues to show out like we all know he is capable of. Kittle 2018 Stats: 16 Games Played 136 Targets 88 Receptions (3rd Among TE) 1377 Yards (1st Among TE) 15.6 Avg (1st Among TE over 30 Receptions) 5 Touchdowns (Tied For 5th Among TE) 6 Plays of 40+Yards (1st Among TE, 2nd place with 2) I wanted to make a special section where I would talk about Kittle and his yards after the catch. George Kittle had 881 yards after the catch, the 2nd tight end in that category was Travis Kelce with 574 yards. That is a 307 yard difference; To put it in other words, teams better bring the whole squad when trying to tackle George Kittle. Where do you rank George Kittle? Next up we have the Breakout Player of the Year and you guys went with George Kittle for this one. Let’s be honest here, I don’t think anyone knew much about this guy before this season. Kittle was a 5th round pick out of Iowa in 2017 and didn’t do much as a rookie but in his sophomore season he became one of the top TEs in the league. He recorded a superb 88-1377-5 stat line and finished second in fantasy among TEs behind only Travis Kelce. I hate to say it but this was yet another guy I recommended you all to draft last offseason. I listed Kittle as my TE sleeper for 2018 so hopefully you listened to me on that one. For the first time in a while(and maybe ever) I feel like the TE position is absolutely stacked this year. Kelce, Ertz and Kittle are in a tier by themselves but I’m not gonna lie I definitely won’t be targeting them in my drafts. As of right now it looks like all 3 of those guys will go in the first two rounds in a typical 12 team draft. Last year I was all for taking a TE early but this year I’m definitely going back to waiting on a TE. — RESULTS 1. George Kittle: 43.8% 2. Patrick Mahomes: 30.6% 3. James Conner: 14.9% 4. Joe Mixon: 6.6% 5. Eric Ebron: 4.1% — #georgekittle#sanfrancisco49ers#49ersnation#jimmygaroppolo#jerickmckinnon#richardsherman#nfl#fantasy#football#fantasyfootball#fantasyfootballadvice
Thought I’d do a little offseason mock while things are slowing down before the combine. I would personally love to see this happen, but of course, it’s impossible to predict what the front office will ultimately do. Antonio Brown - Obviously this is a storyline that’s been going on since the beginning of the year, and it won’t be going away for a while. I don’t really hold that “domestic dispute” over him all that much, but after Reuben I don’t know how Lynch will approach it. Either way I put him on here simply because it’s probably the most interesting thing we’ll have to talk about this offseason. It makes sense on the surface but we’ll just have to see how it all plays out. Xavien Howard - This is an interesting one. Howard has put together 2 great seasons in a row and is only 25. So why would MIA trade him? Well I don’t know, but I do know that they’ve been shopping him and Howard has heard the trade rumors. Miami is set to enter a huge rebuild, and they may want to get as many draft picks/assets as they can. Considering how awful our secondary was last year sans Richard Sherman, it’s definitely something to look into. Rodger Saffold/Brandon Graham - I’ll lump these two together because I don’t have much to say other than the obvious. Saffold would practically round out our OLine and even though he is getting older, he’s still a very good Guard. Having a great OLine is key to any great football team and solidifying it this offseason should be a priority. Our pass rush sucks and Graham would make it better. Nick Bosa - Obvious here. I can’t see AZ taking a player they don’t need when there are several other routes they can take. Bosa is a premier Edge rusher. Nuff said. Free Agent Target: Bryce Callahan Position: Slot Cornerback Years Pro: 4 Age at the beginning of next season: 27 Career Stats: 123 tackles, 4 interceptions, 4 sacks, 20 deflections. Next up is Bears CB Bryce Callahan. I really like Callahan, I think he’d be an immediate upgrade over K’Waun Williams. Slot corners are really important in the NFL and Callahan is elite. He’s a big part of the Bears secondary and why they’re one of the best in the NFL. The 49ers have some tough slot players in their division including Doug Baldwin, Cooper Kupp etc who’ve given the 49ers trouble and Callahan would help with that. He’s projected to get a contract around 7M per year. Thoughts on Callahan?

Coming in at #8 of the Top 10 Plays of the 2018 Season is this 83 yard TD by @gkittle46 Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers! Amazing route and YAC ability by the one and only, George frickin Kittle. This was the play/game that really started Kittle’s breakout season. _ #georgekittle#49ers#nfl#football
We have signed former All-Pro, Probowl Wider Receiver and Coach Wes Welker to an Offensive Coaching Job! This is some great news, as Welker has been an absolute beast during his time in the league. He revolutionized the Slot Receiver Position and his experience as both a player and coach will provide our young Provide our team with a nice boost. Great move for the Niners Offensive Unit! What do you think of Wes Welker representing the Red and Gold? 🤘❤️💛
