Got some fruits, French shortbread, and of course, some pistachio macarons to enjoy with tea (currently brewing) and champagne! 🥂🥂🥂 Not too long ago, my SIL and I visited Reims and Epernay in the Champagne region of France. We visited the Champagne House and caves of Taittinger (Tet-ahn-zhay) whose roots can be traced back nearly 300 years old! 🍾🍾🍾 For the James Bond fans, Bond describes Taittinger as “probably the finest Champagne in the world.” Trace this back all the way to Fleming’s first of the series “Casino Royale”.
