Keep calm & negotiate like a boss! • 🔑 The pie chart of seller negotiation isn’t 100% calculating numbers & making the seller an offer. Building rapport & connecting to the sellers "problems" is just as important in the seller negotiation pie chart. • • First off, assume NOTHING until you start the negotiation conversation... KEY: When closing... focus on favorable terms for the seller & ask questions. (Ex: "What is your goal?") • • FACT: Face-to-face conversation is part of the process of true closing mastery… PERIOD. (Closing deals virtually, electronically, via phone, etc. becomes easy when you first gain the ability and experience to close face-to-face.) • • ITL VLOG: Watch as I talk to the seller and I find out he wants to walk away with $20k.. then that became the goal along with the best favorable terms for his specific situation. • • KEY: When "intangibles" come into play, factoring in the sellers most important goals and catering to those goals and their favorable terms is important. My dad was a contractor and I remember as a kid I loathed going to Home Depot or any hardware store and I had absolutely no interest in it. Now look at how the tides have turned.
