As always, @luke_lundy straight crushing it out there every session. . . Even offered to take it a bit easy knowing how long this weekend was and he wasn’t having any of it! my weekday breakfast for basically the past three weeks has been these overnight oats ! they are so easy to make plus it’s super convenient to have ready for you when you wake up 👍🏻 you can sleep a little longer or just have a little more time in the morning ... either way they’re great !! 😴🙌🏻 . . . RECIPE!!! 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup cashew milk (or whatever milk) 1/2 scoop (about 15g) of protein powder of choice (i use @gardenoflife vegan vanilla) cinnamon chopped apple then store in the fridge and top w whatever you like in the morning ! i always do peanut butter and today i also added honey ✔️
GIRL. I. Am. Tired. 💤 I haven’t been sleeping that well, as you can see by the insane bags under my eyes. I don’t feel super stressed during the day but when I lay down for the night, I can’t stop thinking about all of things I didn’t get to finish. I feel like I’m disappointing you guys and my professors, but I know I’m incredibly hard on myself😣 Still going to continue the hussle though. - When you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, what’s your favorite thing to do that helps you relax?
I always feel stronger and so refreshed after a nutritional reset, and today is no exception! After a 2-day cleanse (and no, not the 💩 kind), I am ready to take on the day, Lara Croft style! Kidding aside, I wanted to share an adjustable belt that I’ve been watching my hubs @adkins.stephen wear. In fact, it’s the ONLY belt he wears now. They’re so beautiful that I snagged it for my outfit today! I love that the buckles detach from the straps and you can make any kind of combination with a few straps & buckles. I also love that there are no belt holes, so I can adjust it to sit on my waist or loosen it to sit on my hips just perfectly. More styles & colors at @ansonbelt - I’m currently eyeing the rose gold buckle. 🤩
Still dreaming of shortcuts? There are no shortcuts when it comes to fitness. You have to make an investment and stay committed. Lifelong changes are a series of daily commitments strung together. You must recommit every day and stick with it for the long haul. Exercise is work, and sweat is the sign that you are working. You will have ups and downs on your fitness journey and that is OK. You are human and some days are going to be better than others. Some days you will be able to run farther or lift heavier than others. You don’t have to smash a personal best every time you workout. You just have to keep on exercising regularly, having confidence that you will see a difference in the way you look and feel if you keep at it. Now go out there and smash it!💪

It’s beginning to look a lot like... FANESCA season! 😅 Ok guys Fanesca is a very traditional soup from Ecuador 🇪🇨 and it’s special because it is only prepared once a year during Easter. 🐰It usually has bacalao or dry salted cod, milk, cream, cheese and egg but this one right here is a vegan option from @dulcealbahacaec and it was delicious 😋🌱 The primary ingredients are figleaf gourd (sambo), pumpkin (zapallo), and twelve different kinds of beans and grains including chochos (lupines), habas (fava beans), lentils, peas, corn and others. And it is also generally garnished with fried plantains, herbs, parsley, and sometimes empanadas
