Today was a good gym sesh. Managed to get Day 70 in with a little back and biceps. Didn’t have the motivation but once I started moving it was a go. Kept it light with high reps. Back and biceps workout of the day 👇🏼. . . Low rows: 20 lbs 4 sets of 15. Face pulls: 20 lbs 4 sets of 15. Bicep curl farmer walk: 10 lbs 4 sets of 2 laps then 12lbs 2 sets of 2 laps. Bicep curl w/ resistance bands: Curled up held for 3 secs then down.  Lat pull down: 40 lbs 4 sets of 15. Superman: 4 sets of 10. . And for dinner I’ll be having chocolate peanut butter cups. .. just kidding. But these really are the best bombs I’ve ever tasted. . I wish I would have paid more attention while making these.  I’ll have to measure my ingredients next time so I can give you a full recipes  4oz bakers chocolate 5 tablespoons pb  Erythritol to taste (this is where I didn’t measure) 30 drops stevia  2tbs heavy cream  Melt in microwave for 30 second bursts. Then we poured into a mold (12 mini muffins)  Freeze for 30 mins then store in fridge. Insanelyyyyyy sore from a glute/leg workout yesterday 😵 I don’t get access to gyms much, especially while traveling on a budget in hostels / Airbnb’s / staying at friends places, but on the rare occasion when we do get a gym full of weights, we go HARD. Hahha too hard and then we definitely feel it the same or next day 😂 try on this leg workout next time ya want a good burn! . 🔸warm up jog 10-15 mins on the treadmill 🔸goblet squat 4x12 🔸single leg deadlift 4x10 each side 🔸curtsy lunge 4x10 each side 🔸deadlifts 4x10-12 🔸hip thrusts 4x20 + abductor pulses in the air at the end 🔸stability ball hamstring curls 4x20 🔸Bulgarian split squat 4x10 each side . Use a moderate weight that is challenging, but not too much where you’re losing that mind to muscle connection. FEEEEEL the movements, the stretch, the contraction, the squeeze, the burn! If you’re on a time crunch, change to 3 sets instead of 4 sets for each exercise. Finish up with 1 mile speed walking, then cool down slow walking for 5 minutes and tonsss of stretching and foam rolling 👌👌👌 will probably still be sore in 3 days 😂 @gymshark @gymsharkwomen
