Waist TINY👌🏾 and the 🍑 is DISRESPECTFUL 😤 As an African woman, I’ve been blessed with really amazing genetics. There’s no need for photoshop, editing, injections, or surgery for me to be feeling like body goals. But it’s CRUCIAL for me to be consistent in my workout routine and diet. If I don’t maintain my body, I can’t expect to keep this figure as I grow older. And if I don’t start maintaining now, it’ll only be harder to start when life gets more hectic. That’s why I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out a training strategy that will always have me feeling my most confident 💃🏾 I want to always enjoy looking in the mirror, not dreading it!
