I was so bummed and so excited at the same time. That’s a thing right?  South Texas was our home for 5 years and then we moved. 😩  I couldn’t wait to be by my little sister but I was so sad to leave our little old town, friends and first home.  It has been year since we moved to North Texas. A whole year. I LOVE our new house that has become our HOME. I still miss that little town, friends and our old home BUT this journey has been a little bit of stressful, crazy and amazing all at the same time.  Changing our careers and going after what we really want after being an #oilfield family for so many years (PS. all of you rock and are troopers 🙌🏼) Bonus that we get to see family so much more. We have created new memories, careers and friendships here. I can’t wait to see where the road takes us next.  Now mom and dad move to Dallas! 😘  #armymentoyseverywhere

Since this version of my superfood delicious shake is by far my most favorite I wanted to share with you how what’s inside! Moms, I NEED you. We NEED EACH OTHER. 👭🏻 . Why are we so mean to each other online, in play groups and in tight little cliques in the school parking lot? 🚗 . Don't we see by now that motherhood is HARD? That at any given moment we are each revealing our flaws, doubts and insecurities to critics just waiting for us to fail. ⬇️ . Mom shaming hurts and mommy bullies are THE WORST. So why do we do it when we know that none of us are perfect and each of us are going through the same things? 🤦🏻‍♀️ . Because we are ALL struggling inside. That's why. I'm just gonna say it. We are all exhausted, frustrated and overwhelmed trying to maintain our pre-motherhood identity and trying to find a new one all while trying our best not to ruin these little humans that we brought into this world. 🤱🏻 . We are up to our knees (or necks for some of us 😉) in dirty laundry and spit up and can't take anymore smashed goldfish in the bottom of the car, am I right? But instead of supporting one another we want to criticize. 😬 . Moms, I NEED you. We NEED EACH OTHER. ♀️ . . THIS. I am STILL recovering and finding my normal due to massive restriction, followed by binge eating (one of our body’s ways of stopping the insanity).. . I have had an amazing coach, but I also had a terrible one who I followed blindly. I watched my health, my metabolism, my mindset, my hormonal health... pretty much EVERYTHING spiral out of control.. . You know the worst part? The more you do this, the more efficient your body becomes at storing energy and creating new adipose tissue... further adding to your already frustrated state.. . We are often drawn to the quick fix (I know I have been!) It taunts you with light speed results, and how easy it will be and how amazing you will feel. . The reality is, it takes time to ease up on your body, get to know how it responds to certain things, and for it to trust that you are not putting it in harms way (aka living on celery juice then bingeing on day 3).. . Working WITH your body is key, not coming at it with punishment. It will fight you, and it will win.. . So what do you do if you are struggling to make change? Or, maybe you have hit a plateau and are feeling frustrated.. . Obviously as a Personal Trainer and someone who believes that having an objective and knowledgeable coach is valuable, that is my first recommendation. Все мы мамочки знаем ощущения боли в спине, особенно в грудном и поясничном отделе. Мы кормим грудью, носим деток на руках постоянно, увы этого не избежать😊  Мы должны помогать своей спинке, чтобы уменьшить болевой дискомфорт и укреплять ее🙏🧘🏼‍♂️ По этому сохраняйте тренировку для спины и выполняйте три раза в неделю👌🥒🥬 1. Косые махи ног на обе стороны по 20 раз. 2. На прямых руках махи вверх по 20 раз на каждую ногу. 3. Гиперэкстензия сводим сзади лопатки 15 раз. 4. Пловец 15 сек.  Повторяем круг ещё раз. Сегодня прорабатывала спину,а так же руки💪Решила поделится с вами упражнениями 😉🏋️‍♀️ 1.Гипперэкстензия 3х15.  2.Тяга верхнего блока к груди 4х12.  3.Тяга штанги в наклоне к поясу обратным хватом 4х15.  4.Тяга гантели у поясу 4х12.  5.Блок на бицепс.  6.Разгибание руки с гантелью 4х15 на каждую руку.  пресс в висе 4х20. ❗️Регулярно вносите изменения в тренировочную программу, чтобы избежать плато. Lying in bed this morning finding excuses why I can’t workout, telling hubby maybe it’s not the best idea to exercise since I still don’t feel 100%, he agreed with me, I mean he’s supposed to kick me out of bed and not this 🙄🤷‍♀️😂 I even googled if I can workout with chest cough, it wasn’t the first time I’ve done it 😂 And all I could hear in my head was excuses, excuses, excuses....It’s all about empowering yourself so I got up, put on my fave workout bra @seeingthngs and leggings and got on with it...easy peasy at the end 💪😁 . . Sure I took it lightly, but this first little step is the most important one, bloody hate regrets. And I feel great, not because of the workout itself, but for the tiny step I took towards it. Will go for cardio tonight to the gym and hopefully I will be back to my full strength very soon. Oh and yeah my trusted home workout partner was very excited about all this as well 😆😆 . . . Dort kannst du den Hebel umlegen. Dich spüren und wieder auf Spur bringen. Für dein Ziel. Dein Vorhaben. Dein Wachsen.✅ Es kommt nicht drauf an perfekt zu sein. Es ist auch nicht wichtig, wie lange du brauchst. Es spielt auch keine Rolle, wie oft du den Hebel umlegen musst.✅ Was aber wichtig ist:  Steh 1 Mal mehr auf, als du hingefallen bist.  Bring den Hebel 1 Mal mehr zurück in die Ausgangsposition, als er zurückgeschleudert ist. Cheeseburger Casserole  Ingredients  1 Pound  Ground turkey or lean ground beef  4 Cups  Cauliflower florets or riced cauliflower  4 Teaspoons  Wheat flour  4 Teaspoons  Organic grass fed butter  1 Cup  Unsweetened almond milk  1 1/3 Cup  shredded cheese  Sea salt and pepper to taste *optional 2 slices cooked and crumbled (nitrate free) bacon on top  Instructions  Spray casserole dish with cooking spray , and preheat oven to 350  in large skillet cook meat until fully cooked and drain the excess fat place meat into casserole dish , and wipe your skillet out  steam the cauliflower for about 6-8 minutes or until tender on the outside but still crisp in the middle. If you riced your cauliflower i suggest throwing in skillet on low heat and saute it to try to remove excess water. cauliflower holds a lot of moisture  In your skillet melt the butter over medium heat and sprinkle in the flour whisk together  slowly whisk in the almond milk , continue until mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken  once thickened remove sauce from heat and stir in 1 cup of chedder cheese until fully melted , adding salt to taste  combine the meat ,cauliflower and cheese sauce in the casserole dish and mix well. sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
