🍑 ————————————————— Gesunde Entwässerung Wasseransammlungen findest du meist in den Beinen, Oberamen & am Bauch. Wer diese durch sanftes Entwässern loswerden will, muss erst einmal seinen Stoffwechsel anregen:  Dazu brauchst du viel Flüssigkeit, mindestens zwei Liter sollten es pro Tag ohnehin sein, jetzt sogar vier Liter, um die Ausscheidungen in Gang zu setzen. Zum Entwässern isst du Lebensmittel mit einem hohen Wassergehalt wie Gurke und Melone oder solche mit entwässernder Wirkung wie Ananas, Erdbeeren & Spargel. Auch ein Reistag pro Woche kann helfen. Alkohol & koffeinhaltige Getränke solltest du auf jeden Fall meiden. Außerdem möglichst auf Salz verzichten & viel Bewegung in den Tagesablauf einbauen. Ausdauersportarten an der Luft wie Walken oder Rad fahren sind perfekt. . ————————— Supplements. Are they absolute necessary? NO...can they be useful, YES. - I’ve had a lot of questions about what supplements I use etc . So this is a breakdown of the supplements I use, and the reasons why.. - I personally use supplements in order to meet my daily macros intake (especially protein). During my bulk I didn’t feel the need to use supplements, as I hit most of my macros from my meals. - However, during my cut, I have to strike a balance between meeting my macros and being on lower calories, hence the supplements. - So this is a breakdown of what I’m currently using on my cut and the reasons why. - 1️⃣ Whey isolate - a higher protein content with less carbs, lactose and fat. 2️⃣ Casein- slow releasing protein, which is ideal for bedtime shake or mornings with porridge.  3️⃣ BCAAs- I use this during my workouts to stimulates muscle protein synthesis. Never compare your journey to someone else’s. If I were to compare both my pregnancy journeys they would be totally different. After my second pregnancy the extra weight came off rather fast because I put forth the effort unlike with my first. Just like with anything in life it’s all trial and error but you have push through until you find what works best for you. Following what someone else is doing might not work for you but it also doesn’t hurt to try. Give yourself that push into the right direction. The best diet is whatever you enjoy doing and works best for you 💯 - Every single “diet style” works: keto, IIFYM, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, “classic diet”, etc. ALL OF THEM WORK. You just need to stick to them long enough to achieve the results you want to achieve. That means you need to be CONSISTENT. But in order to be consistent with your “diet”, you need to ENJOY it, otherwise you won’t stick to it for too long🤷🏼‍♂️ - So instead of losing your time trying to find the “perfect diet”, try things out, find a way of eating you enjoy, that adapts best to your circumstances and that supports your goals, and stick to it. You just need to be aware that no matter what you choose, you will have to make sacrifices. The good thing is that you choose what sacrifices you are willing to make👌🏻 - I follow what I call the “classic diet”: eat every 2 hours, same foods every day, etc. Do follow it because I think it is better than IIFYM, keto or any other “diet”? Hell no. I follow it because I ENJOY doing it💙 - ❌I love my carbs, and without them I am super flat, workouts are terrible, I feel tired and I can’t focus properly during the day. So keto and carb cycling are not for me. ❌I love having breakfast and eating 5 - 6 times a day, so intermittent fasting is not for me. ❌Counting the macros of my meals is not something that I really look forward to, so IIFYM would not be the best option either. ✳️Can I eat the same things every single day? Yep. Does it bother me having to eat every 2 - 3 hours? Nope, I actually kinda enjoy it. The fact that I have a planned diet and I don’t need to count macros because I already know what I am eating is something I find positive? Absolutely. Then the “classic diet” seems the best option for me. Does this mean the other diets don’t work for me? Hell no. Of course they work, but I would not enjoy them 🤷🏼‍♂️ - Find something you enjoy doing and just make

Bulgarian split squats are a beast of an exercise, and are hard enough to do without having your front leg and foot out of position.  How far away from the bench should you be? The short answer is: it’s different for everyone because it depends on factors like how tall you are, how long your femurs and torso are, how deep you intend to squat, etc.  In the incorrect form pics, I’ve gone to extremes to demonstrate what having your front foot too far back, and too far forward looks like. When your foot is too far forward, your range of motion lowering your back knee to the floor will be limited, and you’ll be forced to lean forward to keep your balance. When your front foot is too far back, your front knee will come out over your front foot, which puts excess stress on the knee joint and will affect your balance as well.  To line yourself up properly, stand with the back of both legs touching the bench, then take one normal step forward with your front foot. Try this as a starting point for your feet, and ideally, check your form in a mirror (yup, that’s what I’m looking at in pic #3). If you find your form looking closer to either of the first two pics, adjust your feet accordingly. Starting with just body weight is a good way to practice getting your feet aligned properly and getting used to the downward motion. Your torso should be upright and there should be little to no stress on your lower back.  Questions? DM me or comment here!

💕Я влюбилась! 💖  Как же мне нравится чувствовать себя сильной и красивой! 😍 Всё благодаря фитнесу. Ставьте лайк, если тоже любите фитнес. ❤  Совсем недавно занялась тренировками дома и уже вижу результат. 🤗 Сейчас я чувствую, что способна на большее. Сегодня сделала ещё один шаг навстречу своей мечте. Я купила абонемент в ближайший тренажерный зал. Хотела сразу же пойти на первую тренировку. Но, оказалось, что в воскресенье там выходной. Так что с нетерпением жду завтрашнего дня. Уже чувствую, как во мне просыпается любовь к "железу". 😁 Какого результата можно добиться через месяц, полгода, год регулярных тренировок? 🤔 Это будет бомба! 💣 Это ещё больше мотивирует меня работать над собой! 😍 Есть вещи, о которых жалеешь, что не начал делать это раньше. Это про спорт! 😉 Через год я буду рада, что начала сейчас. 💙  Дома я делаю упражнения на основные группы мышц + растяжку. В тренажерный зал буду ходить пару раз в неделю за силовой нагрузкой, чтобы лучше прокачать мышцы и быстрее получить результат. 😍  Напишите в комментариях, где вы  предпочитаете заниматься - дома или в зале? 💖
