You wind up training back muscles more that your Shoulders. - The Deltoid should be the FIRST muscle to activate during a raise in either Plane of Motion. The Range is limited to just around a foot for its most effective contraction before back and shoulder synergistic muscles assist. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ The use of the Resistance bands is to eliminate the Trap from the movements allowing the medial and anterior deltoid heads fire correctly.
