Also, did a lot of compound sets today. So similar to supersets where you do two exercise back to back, however, with compound you’re working the same muscle in two movements and the burrrrrrn 🔥 is real . 🥞seated cable close row 3x12 🥓straight arm cable pull down 3x12 🥞facing away from cable bicep curl 3x12 (Idk what this is technically called) 🥓reverse bicep cable curl 3x12 🥞lat pull down 3x12 🥓 cable low row 3x12 🥞spider man dumbbell curls 3x10 🥓dumbbell hammer curls 3x12 🥞decline sit ups 3x15 🥓standing weighted oblique crunch 3x15
