⚡️I’ve been going to @shocktherapynyc for 4 weeks now taking 2 strength training classes a week. This is the one class that overall has made me leaner and my skin feel tighter as if I’ve had a skin lift. ⚡️It may sound scary because you think it’s an actual shock, however it is just your muscles being forced to contract at a faster rate. The feeling is strange and uncomfortable at first, but you get used to the sensation. And once you get used to the sensation my best advice is to get back out of your comfort zone by increasing the shock intensity throughout the class. Nothing good ever comes from comfort zones. ⚡️As an avid shock enthusiast I highly recommend this class. Yes it is pricey, but I can’t think of anything else that might be more worth it. The changes I’ve seen and felt in my body alone speak wonders. I’ve lost 2 inches off each leg, went down in body fat % and lost an inch off each arm (non flexed.) Heading into my normal classes I feel much stronger and more agile and can handle anything. So thank you for existing in my life ❤️
Always save time to get a good stretch in! Stretching improves your posture and flexibility and the long term benefits are innumerable. It approves your circulation and overall health. If those reasons don’t convince you, then at least do it for the injury prevention benefits!
