HEY YOU! YES YOU!!! I know I got your attention with my pancake/waffle breakfast!😋 And no wonder it is my favorite breakfast!! Wanna know the secret to eating your favorite foods but also staying toned and healthy? . Well sorry to disappoint. There is no secret. There is no special diet. Keto. Paleo. Low carb. Raw. High protein. Low fat.... Bla bla bla. The best is a healthy mix of everything! That's why I love flexible dieting! I honestly just think that's a fancy name for eating healthy, what you like, but making sure you are still eating the right amount!  I never want to eat different ever again! Check out this masterful meal prep by @press.startnutrition! 🤩👏 Including Spiced Chai Banana Bread made with Svelte® Spiced Chai protein shake.  R E C I P E {makes 3 mini loaves or 1 big, GF, DF, no sugar added, grain-free} • 1.5 cups cassava flour • 1.5 mashed banana {save the other half for the crust} • 2 pastured eggs • 1 container @drinksvelte chai protein drink • Optional: 2-4 tbsp liquid sweetener for a sweeter bread, I skipped this but you could definitely add and I don't think it would be overpowering • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice  _________ Mix all ingredients together until a batter is formed. Pour into parchment lined mini bread pans or one large one. Chop up rest of the banana you used half of and press into crust. Add whatever else you like, I did pecans and extra pumpkin pie spice. For mini loaves bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. For full size do 40-45 minutes.

I’ve been procrastinating doing my mountain of work all day by reorganizing my shelves, going to yoga, getting a manicure, and now meal prepping. Think I’ve about exhausted my free time & gotta just get this shit done. 🤓 Fajita bowls for pre T-giving meal prep: fluffy quinoa, sautéed onion, garlic, red & green pepper, zucchini, black beans, spinach, roasted cauliflower with cumin/smoked paprika/chili powder & @minimalistbaker chipotle romesco sauce. I added one too many chipotle peppers to the sauce & my mouth is on fire. Still delicious just very 🔥.
these RASPBERRY JAM CHOCOLATE BARS are actually out of control 🍫🙌🏼💯 they are sooo incredibly delicious, i doubt they’ll last longer then 3 days in my house 🙃🙊 i used my @madmilliekits chocolate kit to make the top layer which contains all raw, vegan and organic ingredients- i’m obsessed 🙌🏼 here’s how you make them: BASE: 1 1/2 cups oats 1 cup shredded coconut  1/2 cup almond meal 3 tbsp melted coconut oil  3 tbsp maple syrup pinch of pink salt  CHIA JAM: 1 cup raspberries 2 tbsp chia seeds  CHOCOLATE TOPPING: 100g raw chocolate, melted (i used @madmilliekits) . 1. combine the base ingredients into a food processor and pulse into a dough consistency. add 1-2 tbsp water of needed. press into a baking tin 2. mash raspberries with a fork and stir in chia seeds- rest for 30 minutes to gel up.  3. spread chia jam over the base and freeze for 1 hour to fuel up 4. melt the @madmilliekits chocolate (i used a double boiler) and pour over jam layer. sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate for 30 minutes. ENJOY! 💕

No frills dinner tonight! 🌟⤵️ ——— So after a lovely (but tiring) day out shopping in London, something quick and simple was needed for dins! Ain’t no way I was slaving away at the stove, so ofc I went for a whack-it-in-the-oven-and-hope-for-the-best meal 😂. I know, just call me Ramsay 👩🏼‍🍳 . So here we haveee: 👉🏼 uno salmon fillet baked up in a foil parcel with lotsa seasoning, a loooooad of roasted veggies & potatoes that I meal prepped yesterday afternoon 🥔 - consisting of various peppers, leeks, red onion, baby potatoes and broccoli 🕺. And then because a girl can never have too much potato (amiright?!), I also did some homemade chips in the oven whilst the salmon was in, and some fresh veggies for good measure! 🌱 . ——— A beautiful mess of wholesome & nutritious scran all knocked up in less than 20 mins. WINNER 😆🙌🏼
~DINNER~ I went out to a restaurant for dinner with my family and I ordered a Hamburger (200 g) with Chimichurri sauce, green spicy salsa, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, lettuce and I ate just a 1/4 of the Hamburger bun. It was hard for me not to eat all the bun but I know it's not worth the calories so I didn't eat all of that.
