Leczo z indykiem i cukinią 😋 przepis na @bebio.pl 😉👍🏻 to było coś pysznego! W moim tygodniowym „rozkładzie jazdy” jeśli chodzi o dietę, niektóre pozycje się powtarzają z czego się bardzo cieszę.  Po pierwsze mogę danego dnia ugotować podwójną porcje i mam już gotowy obiad na następny dzień 😉 czyli duża oszczędność czasu, brudzenia garnków itd 😅. ☘️ Olinkin raňajkový koláč ☘️ už to chcelo zmenu na raňajky a vytvorila zo surovín, ktoré mám rada a sú výborné pre moje telo 👌 🔹Suché ingredience - všetky po 30g - ryžová Krupička, ryžový proteín, ľanová múka, konopné semiačka, chia semiačka, psylium-vláknina, proteín vanilkový (môže aj vegan proteín), 1PL skořice alebo perníkové korenie. 🔹Mokré ingrediencie - 100g sušené slivky(pozor na kôstky), 100g sušené marhule, zázvor čerstvý (množstvo podľa chuti, ja dávam veľa, pokrájať na malé kocky), 0,5L kokosové alebo mandľové mlieko - všetko rozmixovať na kašu - inak toto je ešte lepšie ako džem 👌dá sa to lyžičkou jesť 😉 🔹Všetko zmiešať a cesto vyliať na papier na pečenie  do stredného plechu 👌 cca 20-30 na 160°... #rychlejedlo a ešte k tomu chutné a zdravé. Milujem tento spôsob života. Dobrovoľne som sa vzdala jedla, ktoré mi škodilo a nahradila som ho chutnou alternatívou. Cítim sa lepšie, silnejšie, som menej unavená (a to v noci vstávam 4-5-krát k malej), jem menej ako kedysi a cítim sa lepšie ako kedysi! Navyše nemám čas vyvárať komplikované jedlá. Brusquetas de Berinjela . Ingredientes : 1 beringela grande cortada em rodelas (espessura +- de 1 dedo) 100 gramas de queijo muçarela  1 tomate grande picado em cubos pequenos (escolha um bem madurinho)  2 dentes de alho espremido Sal, azeite,coentro,pimenta do reino e orégano a gosto . . . Preparo: Tempere toda berinjela com sal e pimenta do reino (passe bem dos dois lados)  Depois de temperar ajeite elas em uma assadeira e leve para o forno a 200 graus por 20 minutos (não precisa untar a forma e nem cobrir com papel alumínio tá bom) Enquanto isso, coloque o tomate picadinho em uma vasilha e acrescente o alho,o coentro e o orégano. Coloque um pouco de azeite e misture bem. Prove e se achar que precisa, coloque um pouco de sal tbm. Assim que passar os 20 minutos,tire a berinjela do forno e coloque um pouco desse tomate por cima de cada rodela. Cubra com fatias de queijo, polvilhe orégano e volte elas ao forno até o queijo derreter. Prontinho! . . 💪🏼 Você gostaria de perder peso? Uno de mis plata preferidos MUY ALTO EN PROTEÍNA! 42gr para ser exactos 😉 - Ingredientes: 200gr de Arroz Blanco Cocido 100gr de Seitan 100gr de Arvejas 50gr de Colantao/Holantao/Snow Peas 1 Plátano (100gr aprox) - Preparación: Me gusta usar dos sartenes y en cada una hago algo distinto, para apresurar el tiempo 😅, en una hago el saltado de las arvejas junto con el colantao a fuego medio y les pongo un poco de sal, pimienta y ajo. En la otra sartén hago el seitan, el cual lo corto en pequeños pedazos! Ambas preparaciones las hago con el aceite en aerosol “PAM”. Cuando estén listos simplemente las mezclo en una misma sartén y listo! Luego hago con el aceite en aerosol el plátano y listo! Pongo todo en un plato y tienen un plato vegano muy rico en proteínas! Sempre está presente nas minhas refeições. 🍄 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏻Uma forma de preparo diferente para poder variar no consumo: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pega a carne vermelha e tempera ela como eu ensinei na receitinha de tempero para carne vermelha, tá aqui no feed.. clica aqui que você acha #carnevermelhadabibs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Na hora de preparar a carne, coloque ela em uma frigideira sem óleo, sem nada, e espalhe o cogumelo por cima do filé, assim como eu fiz, só arrastar pro lado que tem fotinho. Aí você tampa e liga em fogo baixo; quando você faz isso a carne salta uma “água” que tem temperinho que você usou, dessa forma o cogumelo vai “cozinhar” e absorver sabor. Quando a carne estiver com uma cor bacana, vire para dourar do outro lado. Nesse momento tire os cogumelos de cima da carne e deixe eles dando uma “fritada” na frigideira, repare que ele faz até barulhinho.. fique atenta para não queimar, pois é muito delicado. back from the most incredible week in Peru! missing everything about Peruvian food, weather, and people, but excited to be back in the kitchen! — Been having this a lot lately because it’s just TOO GOOD. Zucchini and Sweet Potato noodles with a little Angel Hair Pasta and Bourbon Chicken!! — Marinate the chicken in 1/3 c honey mustard, 1/3 c teriyaki sauce, little splash of white wine, salt and pepper to taste, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.  Cook in a skillet over high heat for 8-10 mins . — For the noodles, start by sautéing half an onion and half a strip of chopped turkey bacon over medium heat. Add 1/4 c white wine and 1/4 c Marsala wine. Allow it to reduce for a few mins before adding about 1/4 of the chicken marinade.  Mix in 1/3 c zucchini noodles, 1/3 c sweet potato noodles, and 1/3 c cooked angel hair pasta.  Cook over medium heat for about 5 mins

New Year’s Eve cooking prep-gone-wrong actually ended up being delicious! Made some “bourbon” chicken that tastes just like my favorite Bourbon Chicken take out! ——— ~2.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs Marinade for at least 15 mins (I marinated for about 45) in: 4 cloves minced garlic, teriyaki sauce, honey mustard, a little brown sugar, and red pepper flakes! Cooked them for about 6-8 minutes on high in a skillet with some Brussel sprouts!

I’M HOOMMEEE — so excited to finally be home and cooking in my kitchen!! woke up this morning and made cauliflower and sweet potato egg nests: 1/4 c riced cauli 35 g spiralized sweet potato  sauté in 1 tb olive oil for 5-7 mins with a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder. make two little wells and crack two eggs in. cover with a lid and cook for another 3-5 mins depending on how you like your yolk! served with 0.75 oz diced soppressata and a slice of trader joe’s gf raisin bread:)

Chicken thighs, zoodles, brussel sprouts, and sweet peas ———————————— chicken marinade: 4 boneless thighs 2 tb olive oil 1 tb hot sauce 1 tb salt 1 tsp italian seasoning 2 tsp garlic powder cook in a frying pan until the chicken is browned on all sides. set chicken aside. . —————————— in the same pan, add 1/4 c chicken broth 1 tb hot sauce juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tb minced fresh parsley 2 cloves minced garlic allow it to reduce for 2 mins before stirring in the brussel sprouts, peas, and zoodles. Cook on medium heat about 5 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are tender
cinnamon crumb muffins!! paleo, gf, and df! so easy and great for a quick grab before an 8:30 class 🙃 ———————————— muffin: 2 c almond flour 1/2 c maple syrup 1/2 c coconut sugar 3 eggs splash of milk 2 tb melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt ——————————— crumble: 2 tb coconut sugar 1/4 c coconut flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tb coconut oil ——————————— Mix all muffin ingredients together and bake for 18 mins at 350 F. Combine dry crumble ingredients before kneading in the coconut oil. Add the crumble to the top about 10 mins into baking.
