Happy Monday, it’s been a while since I worked out with bands and I definitely needed this because I felt the burn on each exercise and also been sore like crazy. Im not sure where the weight I’m gaining is going?! I don’t see much of a difference between these photos. Update on pregnancy thus far: we had a little scare where I had to go be checked for a blood clot in my legs. Everything checked out even though symptoms were spot on for a DVT. I’ve reintroduced red meat frequently into my diet. Based on my energy level compared to a few weeks ago, I’m gonna guess my iron levels have increased back into the normal range. I don’t go back to the OBGYN until May 9, so I’ll find out for sure then. I didn’t get my 3 days of lifting in last week because we enjoyed spring break with friends and family. But we did hike a pretty difficult trail. I can definitely tell my endurance with this extra weight is sub par 😂 Sleeping has been better this last week. My weight is creeping up fast on what I weighed when I had Odin (165 at 4 weeks early). Baby literally beats the shit out of me daily, but I love feeling him move. Also, I now have a lovely pregnancy mask across my face 🤦🏻♀️ not much longer!!
