Rose quartz ♥️😄 today my husband told me I could stay in bed! The last few days i can feel going by the way side! Anyone that's lives with a autoimmune disease know how it feels to know a fare us coming and you have no control. I start feeling like I am letting my kids and family down my mind isn't fully where it needs to be my nerves are starting to go crazy the numbness in my leg is starting to become more unbearable to handle the last 2 days! I really been trying to stay centered and try and heal my mental health and physical wellbeing and not let my mind get over taken by the brain fog I am having today!
