byeeee fig newtons! there’s a tastier & much healthier bar now 😍 fig power bars with frosting on top anyone!? omg, they’re amaze💯 First Layer 1 cup Golden California dried figs 1/3 cup almond meal flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 4 tbsp creamy sunflower seed butter (I like sunbutter) 1/3 cup walnut milk Fig Frosting 1/2 cup Golden California dried figs 1/4 + 2 tbsp walnut milk or any dairy free 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter directions: For the first layer, blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms and everything is combined well. Then, lay out the dough on a small baking pan lined with parchment paper & evenly distribute it. For the frosting, blend all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth consistency. Pour the frosting on the first layer and evenly distribute. Place the bars in the fridge for several hours, cut into squares and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Os presento mi tortilla de patatas y cebolla con topics 😜 —————————————————————————————— Ingredientes: 🔸700 gr de patatas 🔸1/2 cebolla 🔸7 huevos 🔸2 latas de atún 🔸150 gr de gambas 🔸Queso curado (cantidad al gusto) ——————————————————————————————— 1. Say no more.... . #grainfree + #dairyfree, Protein Cookie Dough Balls • ✨Ingredients: * 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter * 1/4 cup honey * 1/2 cup @truvani vanilla protein powder * 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips * 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut • ✨Directions: In a large bowl whisk together the peanut butter and honey. Mix in the coconut flour until combined, then the chocolate chips and coconut. Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate or baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Can be stored in fridge for about a week or in the freezer for longer. Makes 12-16 balls 📷 @hungry.blonde
Saturday’s are for ice cream 🍦 if you haven’t heard of @eatfronen, it’s a dairy free ice cream with no junk in it! Which is rare to find in ice cream these days. The ice cream is banana based, sweetened only by maple, and very very good! I had a couple people asking me where you can find them, and currently you can only buy them online. This means that the very thing making it delicious is what we’re biologically wired to crave — SUGAR 🍬 Enter barista blends, oat milk, and hidden simple syrups. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ppl are obsessed with that beautiful layer of froth, which let me tell you for years of working in a restaurant — it’s hard to froth regular dairy milk! So in order to get that froth everyone wants, there needs to be additives to make it happen... . •Barista blends are code for extra sugar and fillers •Oat milk (conventionally grown crops) is code inflammatory grains fills with glyphosate from farming, and added canola oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re ordering from large chains keep in mind that not only are they using sugar-laden milks, but their coffee is VERY low quality causing your body to crash soon after, or even making you feel tired instead of wire. The US does not test on quality of coffee and often the EU and China declines coffee shipments because they don’t meet health standards. And guess who gets them after!?! Yup. The US. And you know that coffee-pee smell!? That’s from moldy, low quality, energy-sucking coffee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But not to fear my dear!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Small, local coffee shops take pride in their beans and often support other smaller brands that make non-dairy milk. They’re also a tad more expensive which means their coffee is higher quality. Ask what brands they’re using and do a quick @google search. It’s okay to ask to read the ingredient list 🙌🏼 . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Look for single-origin coffee or espresso when ordering or purchasing for at-home use, and let go of the idea of froth in non-dairy milks. Or better yet, save your 💸 and create a new ritual at home
