Peak week is exciting the sh*t out of me! I feel amazing and I feel super lean 💪🏻 a year ago you could not pay me to work out six days a week and eat clean. These days I wake up at 5 AM to get it in and give me energy for the day. I can’t believe how much my life has changed for the better this year! Before my #vsg I was wearing a size 26. I probably could have worn a 28 but refused to buy them. Now, ending the 2018 calendar year I’m feeling proud in a size 14. Let me write that again, Size 14!!!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 This is the first  time in my adult life that I can say that 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️ It’s been a transition leaving my beloved plus size clothing brands and curvy clothing models. Shopping for new sizes, all the models seems so tiny to me... I can’t see myself in their clothes yet. No complaints here though, all part of this amazing journey 😊🤗 #nsv
As soon as my Christmas tree went up this year, I seemed to have let ‘yaaay it’s Christmas!’ attitude take over and totally fell off the diet wagon in to eating whatever I felt like every day 🤦🏻‍♀️ haven’t gained much weight back but definitely lost my motivation massively and have taken in very little nutrients... Plus had a spell of up and down mental health vibes which has led to lots of takeaways and chocolate! Tips for getting back in to a good diet headspace are very welcomed 😩💕 Tomorrow is a new day!

Boy did my mornings just get easier!  The workouts I am doing at the moment are only 20 minutes a day!!!!! 😲 I don't even have my step yet and I am blown away at how amazing the last two days have been.  I don't typically sweat, but these two workouts made that happen (Yahoo for detox). 💚 There are so many reasons why people avoid working out.  I don't have time! I don't have the $. I am not in shape enough to workout.  I am not coordinated enough.... And so on.... 💚 This program literally eliminates every single one of your reasons for why this is not for you. When you realize you have back muscles after your workout.... 💪🏻 I have never had back muscles before. 🧐🙃🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. I was the girl who gave up on fitness programs before I saw results. I was the girl who would go to the gym and then go eat ice cream afterwards (is that just me)? 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I never thought a year ago I would be the more fit than I have ever been, getting more fit, and helping others get fit.  Believe me, if I can do this you can too. It won’t be easy. #day22 so it’s been 10 days since my last post. As you can tell by my #weighinwednesday the scale shows I’ve gain at least 10lbs.... I don’t doubt it. This #weightlossjourney is not going to be easy I did not want to get up and go to the #gym this morning I feel like crap 1. I have been battling with some health issues and 2. Finals are a drag 3. IT’s hard work being disciplined.  My motivation to lose weight is so my body will feel better I have #arthritis in both of my knees and I suffer from #fibromyalgia which is a chronic pain condition. It comes with so many unexplainable symptoms and side effects. Along with these physical hindrances I have suffered from depression, anxiety and sever panic attacks. I have to be honest I would love a quick fix. How To Grow Your Lazy Muscles In short Time 💪💪 If you want that stubborn muscle grow, we must crush . Not injure, but give extra work. Instead of making the series of weights of all life, for example, three sets of 10 repetitions, we will use three types of exercises for the same muscle: >>Strength exercise : 4 sets of 5 reps 2 minutes of rest between sets >>Growth exercise : 4 sets of 10 repetitions and 1 minute rest >>Congestion exercise : 4 sets of 15 repetitions and 30 seconds rest  The idea is that the day I have to work that muscle does not grow combine the three techniques. Imagine you are your shoulders. 👉How much weight? Enough for you to finish all the repetitions, and swear in Aramaic in the last two.  The other thing you have to do is work that stubborn muscle twice a week. For example, if you're going to train three days a week, and you want to give your shoulders hard, this would be a possible distribution. *Monday : chest, shoulder and biceps *Wednesday : leg and abdominal *Friday : back, shoulder and triceps  The same should do if it's your twin, or chest, or legs. Combine three working modes in one session, and do two sessions per week. How Can I Solve  My Problems in Life? ✌💥💨 As humans living in an ever-changing and complex world, we tend to think that everything has to be complicated.  But often times the best answers are the simple ones.  1. Need more money? 👉Add more value to the world.  2. Bored? 👉Man, life’s too short to be bored—go do something fun  3. Too many commitments? 👉Say “no” more often  4. Stressed out? 👉Meditate, exercise, do that shit you’ve been putting off; don’t take yourself so seriously; stop trying to control things; change what you can and accept what you can’t, remember that most of your problems are actually a good thing and opportunities to learn and grow; and embrace the fact that today—this moment actually—is all there is; everything else is fiction  5. Don’t like the way you look? 👉Accept yourself as you are—flaws and all—and change what you can change and want to change. Eat better, workout more, get some new clothes and a new haircut and pull your shoulders back so your posture is better.  6.
