These goobers were my first babies. • We adopted our black lab, Pierce, not long after we moved to VA. Also just before Sean graduated the fire academy and I’d have to be alone at night when he was on shift. He became more my puppy quickly and we spent so many moments snuggled on the couch or playing together. His sweet and loveable nature is just amazing and still to this day, he more my pup than Sean’s. • We adopted Holly the weekend we moved into our second apartment... like we weren’t even unpacked yet (we had our Christmas tree up and that was it haha!). She’s our protector and takes her role very seriously (habits from a tiny pup that we were able to tone down greatly but not eliminate). She’s loveable too but also something feisty and loves any and all attention. • I couldn’t imagine this life without these two crazies. They makes us laugh. They love us with their whole hearts. They aren’t just our pets... they’re part of our family.
We sometimes don't appreciate our 4 legged friends enough until the moment you realise they may not be here with us forever 🙈 she's the one who's been here through the good the bad and the ugly... She listens and doesn't give her opinions... she loves unconditionally and looks nothing in return (except a wee ear tickle) shes my baby and I love her to the moon and back 🐶✨🌎 #familynotpets#rottiesofinstagram#furbabies🐾
