At PONANT, we treat every day like it’s #earthday by minimizing our environmental impact. Read more about our dedication to the environment and why all of our ships have earned the international “Clean Ship” label in the #linkinbio! ♻️🛳️
The earth is what we all have in common. Let's take care of it altogether by doing our own parts. Because those little things can make a big difference! ••• Happy Earth day y'all. Make everyday the Earth day!! 🙂💕 #earthday
Apparently I don’t know when #earthday is. Based on my last post, I figured 420 is also Earth Day. Two kinda go together I guess?!? Sure. So here’s a picture of Bighorn Country which is currently under consideration for park designation, which is kinda on point for Earth Day.
I found a note I wrote in my phone awhile ago (anything I think or need to know ends up in my phone notes, anyone else?), and I wanted to share! I think a lot of the feelings I processed in this painting are the same that come through in these words... 🦋🌸🦄✨🔮🍊 Finding home in a person is a really weird thing. It’s comfort and ease but then you slowly peel back layers and that vulnerability leads to discomfort and unease then deeper comfort and deeper connection. Sometimes walls are hit and the deeper you go the more you find the things that your person tucks so far deep and away that they share with no one else. You see the real them, you see their soul. Vulnerability is HARD. I think the reason we tuck it away so deep is because each time we do let someone in and show them and it’s rejected or stomped on, we push it deeper. We work on the facade and the hiding of the vulnerable stuff. But finding that new person man you slowly start to let it out. You test the water to see if it’s safe. Ask meaningful questions or share stories that are half truths. You share how you’ve been hurt but not how you’ve hurt. For that really is the vulnerable thing, it’s the pain that causes us to pain. I think you really find your person when they call you on that shit, and then they love the crap out of you after. They help you grow and change and release the negative. They show you that you are worthy and you are loved and you are a star. For everyone is. This is the mark of a true partner. This is an equal, a lover, a friend, a kindred spirit. This is how you grow old with someone. This is how you love someone more than yourself but still increasing the love you have for yourself anyway! ✨✨✨ Spring Bay Rainbow Clouds Oil on canvas • 16” x 20” • $380 +shipping Click the link in my bio to see more landscape paintings available! Pinecones are a blessing that Nature does bestow, to every little pine tree so the forest may always grow. Nestled in its branches and nurtured by winter snows, the very first ornament a Christmas tree ever knows. * 🌲 ❄ 🌲 Dainty Pinecone pendant #fernjilly#fern_jill#fern_jilly Poet unknown
