Inevitably going to lose some muscle 💪 during my Sri Lanka trip but no excuse for not trying with bodyweight HIIT exercises. Essential light weight fitness equipment that fits in my backpack. 1. Skipping Rope. I take mine everywhere. Everyday even when I'm not travelling. I love jumping rope and when I can't get out for a run it is key to keep my endurance and cardio up.  2. Suspension Trainer. So many exercises you can do you just need a decent pole to hang it on.  3. Resistance Bands. Small ones for legs, squats etc. Long one for pull ups, good mornings etc etc.  4. Walk and cycle as much as you can to get your NEAT up 👆  Everything is better if it's 🍊.

Beaucoup de gens nous écrivent en décrivant leur ravitaillement en termes de distance (par exemple, je prends un gel au mile "x" ou à chaque boucle). Pour Tailwind, vous voulez penser en termes de temps et non de distance.  Le temps ne varie pas, mais la distance peut varier selon les conditions (terrain, vent de face / vent arrière, pluie, comment vous vous sentez etc.) Votre corps peut traiter entre 200-300 calories et le but est de mesurer la consommation de ces 200-300 calories plus d'une heure - et non en une seule fois - pour maintenir des niveaux d'énergie constants pendant la durée de votre événement. Donc, si vous utilisez 200 calories / 20 oz d'eau / heure, siroter votre carburant sur une heure. Et si votre bouteille contient encore quelque chose après cette heure, buvez-la pour ne pas perdre de calories. Ensuite, commencez simplement avec une autre bouteille.
