Today I knew I was going to have a very busy day! Plus without my better half around to help me out i was on my own to do it all! Therefore with the help of my boys I was able to stay on track all day and have a healthy meals and snacks! My boys boiled eggs for everyone last night. We all had eggs and vegetables for breakfast. My princess had eggs and a pumpkin waffle. My snack was almonds with cut up cantaloupe. My kids took cut up cantaloupe with pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. My princess took her cereal treat as well as a treat! My lunch was a mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoe, red peppers, and sardines. Topped off with roasted hemp seeds. My dressing was salt, pepper, vinegar and evoo! That's my go too dressing. I have so many different types of vinegars in my pantry but for some reason I still go for this one! I actually never liked cold fish like this one but I learned to eat it. Just like I learned to eat beets, sushi, and hummus! How did you guys stay on track today? If you didn't don't worry about it. Just start tonight and plan out a healthy breakfast, snack, lunch and supper for the rest of the week. Their are so many different things you can do. Hello hello 👋 It’s been a minute!! I’ve spent the last 2 weeks of September and part of October in Europe living life to the fullest and last week was my first full week back in the real world! Traveling throws your body and rhythm out of wack and then coming home you deal with the post travel blues! I’ve spent so much time preparing for our trip and working out like a mad woman that I decided last week I’d workout when I felt the need and rest when I wanted to as well ( my hair was falling out from stress and being so tired & not a normal girl shedding but like a clumps type of falling out.) SO, instead of pushing myself to do what my body is telling me not to I took it slow. Now it’s Monday and I always say #nevermissamonday and so with the support and charm of my husband he helped me push past a mental block and got me into the gym! I’m grateful and I feel better but I feel that getting back into the swing of things is going to be a bit challenging.
