If you’re interested in my nutrition and me being honest about it, DIS POST Is for you!!!! so honestly people ask me all the time or tell me “hey you look like you eat really healthy!” Or “you gotta definitely be eating healthy as an athlete!” Honestly... I don’t eat extremely healthy all the time! Those who know me know I eat my half baked ben & Jerry’s OFTEN and I dislike pretty much anything healthy 😂😂 yeah I don’t eat McDonald’s every day or eat crap every day... but I do dabble! 😅 BUT I’ve been blessed with a super fast metabolism (genetics lol) and I workout a ton! So it looks like i eat healthy! BUUUUUUUT as I get older and I play beach volleyball all over the world I can DEFINITELY feel it when I play! I need to eat healthier and be healthier to maximize my performance and recover better! So I hit up @onpacewellness and had my initial consultation with my man Wilfredo! He’s going to help me balance my diet, fix some immune system problems I’ve been having since India, maximizing my recovery, and helping me live a little longer (hopefully 🤞🏼) I have no idea how to eat healthy and what it’s like so a nutritionist is the right thing for me. I encourage you to take charge of your health and your life and to get a nutritionist if you need help!!! Even if you just need someone to hold you accountable and make your meal list for the weak 🤷🏽♀️ I’ll be posting about my journey with a nutritionist and how it all looks like so make sure to follow along in my stories as I log my food and post my results! This isn't a recipe post, but more a mom post. Sometimes I forget about what I need since having a child and that's ok to an extent. For example, I buy fruit for him...do I ever think to eat it myself?! No. So strange right?
