My priorities always change and I’m sure so does everyone else’s on a daily and monthly basis. Yesterday morning I woke up thinking 🤔 how I can manage to be able to do things I NEED to be doing and slowly felt the need to be shifting my priorities to where I felt it was good for me. I feel like most of the time we don’t take time to think of ourselves that we get lost in the shuffle and then it just causes us even more stress which can even lead to worse things like emotional eating , lack of sleep even physical changes like fatigue , joint pain, digestion etc. I’m taking my time now to focus on my clients, my family and daily life things that just need to get done so I can move forward. So I am going to be taking a little break from Instagram till Tuesday I won’t be posting on my feed so I can get back to balancing and coming back stronger for my instafam! I’ll keep storying my daily finds , product pick ups, class schedule , deliveries and recipes for dinner . Paleo spicy pork meatballs for lunches this week. • Use 1 large egg and flax seed as a sub for the bread crumbs. • Seasoned with oregano, thyme, garlic, onion powder, parsley, and minced hot cherry peppers (with some pickling liquid roses in for good measure.)
