Eigenwerbung! Unglaublich leckere und fluffige Pogaca😍😋 ich hab eine sehr große Menge gemacht. Wenn ihr nicht zu viel wollt einfach Zutaten halbieren. Rezept @h.zaynuba : 1 kg Mehl 1 TL Salz 2 Eiweiße zimmertempartur 200ml lauwarmes Wasser 200ml Lauwarme Milch 200ml Öl 1 TL Zucker 2 Trockenhefe oder 1 frische Hefe Eigelbe zum Bestreichen. Als erstes Milch mit Zucker und Hefe verrühren und dann mit allen anderen Zutaten verkneten bis sich alles verbunden hat. Kneten bis der Teig schön geschmeidig wird. Teig klebt nicht. Ca. 45 Minuten oder 1 Stunde ruhen lassen. Dann nach Wunsch füllen. Teiglinge auf ein Backblech das mit Backpapier ausgelegt ist legen und mit Eigelb bestreichen. Anschließend mit Sesam und Schwarzkümmel bestreuen. I am constantly looking for variations of my favorite brekkie staple - Eggs- I have built a loving relationship with eggs in any form over the years. Then on one random visit to a cafe I always visit when life feels a bit shit @cafe.dori, I come across this beauty~ Turkish Eggs. Ragi helps people struggling with losing weight by shedding extra carbs. If you are vegetarian you should jump on ragi in order to get your protein. Course: Lunch / Dinner Calories : 162 Kcal Fats : 6 gm Proteins: 2.7 gm Carbs: 22.3 gm Ingredients: 30 gm Ragi flour 1 cup water Salt (as needed) 10 gm shredded coconut (lightly roasted) Pepper (as taste) ½ tsp olive oil Method: Add 1 tablespoon ragi and water in a thick based pot. Add salt in the mixture and mix it well Add olive oil and put in on stove for boiling. Put it on low heat and add the rest of ragi flour. Add pepper Stir the mixture for 3 minutes; it will start becoming glistening balls. Keep it for 5 minutes after turning it off. Sprinkle with roasted shredded coconut. Start making balls of cooked ragi dough with help of water.
