finally got my hands on some of the @sietefoods queso from @wholefoods , and it is AMAZING🤩 I used it to make this dairy free quesadilla for a quick + easy lunch yesterday! This will definitely be a must on our next taco night (and it should be one for you too)! One of the worst super set exercises I have ever done. It doesn't help that I'm using the same dumbbells because there literally is no recovery time. Last night was: Superset Mayham 15/12/9/6. 1. Reverse Lunges - Plank Push ups 2 DB Romanian Deadlift - BB Underhand Row 3. DB Front Raise - DB Reverse Flyes 4. Reverse Crunches - MB Russian Twists And then I burnt 144 calories on the treadmill with an interval run for 15 minutes. Training in my @musclenation gear.
