the obsession with these potatoes is REAL 🥔🍠 preheat oven to 400. wash potatoes and slice in half or into quarters - your preference! toss potatoes into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add a sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, oregano, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until they're getting crispy! enjoy 😋
****HELP**** Dandelion Root is not listed as a Dr Sebi approved tea. I went and got some thinking it was. Do any of you seasoned alkaline vegans use this herb or do you steer clear of it? And why? Mood: #healthyfood 💖 Made Lemon Pepper Jerk Salmon #cheftaling . . My apologies I didn't mk a full video for this but the recipe below is exact! . . ➡️ 1-2lbs Atlantic Salmon. Pan Sear skin side up in 1/2 T Butter and 1 T Peanut oil for 2-3 mins on HIGH then broiled for 8 mins on HIGH. I seasoned with my own Jerk/Creole seasonings mix first: . . ➡️ 1tsp of each: THYME, CINNAMON, NUTMEG, ALL SPICE, SUGAR, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, CHILE POWDER, RED PEPPER, PARSLEY & PAPRIKA . . ➡️ Then I added my homemade Lemon pepper (1/3 C LEMON JUICE, 1 tsp LEMON RINDS, 1 tsp HIMALAYAN PINK SALT & 1 T CRACKED BLACK PEPPER) Add cut lemons to broiler with salmon, remove before serving. Serve hot and sprinkle with Cilantro. I also added Sweet Chili Sauce as a dip. The flavor was ridiculously delicious! 🤤 . . #foodporn #eatbetter

Many dieters avoid nightshade vegetables because they are seen as ‘acidic’ and inflammatory. . Currently, there is no good scientific evidence that diets can neutralize the body’s pH level. pH level, similar to the body’s temperature, is a tightly regulated process that isn’t highly influenced by your diet. According to Stuart Phillips, professor in the department of kinesiology at McMaster University: “It’s next to impossible — in fact, I can’t think of an instance — where people have been able to change their blood pH with diet...So there’s zero foundation for the notion that alkaline and acid foods [are] able to do anything to your body.” . In terms of inflammation, there are two types, 1) Helpful inflammation - For instance, an acute immune response when your body fights off an infection and 2) Harmful inflammation - For instance when the body goes into overdrive, lowering its ability to fight disease. Unlike pH level, there are many ways to reduce chronic inflammation in the body such as exercise and weight management. . There is some evidence that shows following an anti-inflammatory diet can be beneficial, but these diets don’t have to be anywhere as restrictive as diet gurus typically suggest. For instance, the following principles of anti-inflammatory diet were exposed by Christopher Cannon, a Harvard cardiologist: . 1. Eat a well­-balanced variety of wholesome foods. 2.
