Photo Editing. Thing about shooting surf pics is that the process is just beginning once you’ve triggered the shutter. The laborious task of post processing on the computer software is where you transform those in-camera snaps to images with a bit more pop. In the film days, you either developed them yourself or if they were transparencies, you waited a week or more for that little gold or green box to come back with your slides, ready for viewing through a loupe, and hoping you had a few usable images out of a roll of 36. Nowadays you shoot many more images and simply delete the rejects. It helps when you have subjects that can rip turns like this.
