I took this from #khloekardashian story yesterday, as it was ringing true to the day that I had yesterday. People around you are always going to talk, negatively or positively. Do not allow their opinions, whether this are opinions about you or opinions about other people, your Company, or anything for that matter... get the best of you. You need to focus & be the #determined and #fierce person that you are in your heart. When you let go of others opinions, a huge weight will be lifted off of your shoulders. Ever stop to think that maybe that partially adds to your anixeties? I have and I won’t let others get the best of me. I am determined. I am fierce. I am independent. Think of life like climbing a ladder. At the top is the most beautiful view, you want that view, that is your final destination in life. You have to climb up that ladder from the bottom, you will face many set backs and it will feel like the ladder has gotten longer but keep ur mind focused on the top. I don’t always wear patterns, but when I do, none of them match 😂 speaking of patterns... . I hope everyone’s training is going well! Ever since my boi brian_pic_ took home several awards at his physique show, I was inspired in a new way to get back to my old self. . @kody_naylor and I hit the gym 4-5x wk at 5am. It gets tough, you feel tired, weak sometimes. There are a lot less days feeling 💯 during a 5am workout. I can promise you that. . The biggest improvement I made has been routine. Creating a pattern, especially with sleep, so my body knows and can prepare for the upcoming task. Whether it’s sleep, a workout, videos. Creating that routine helps you sink into a productive pattern. Then things just flow! #preparationbreedssuccess . Just back from an unexpectedly strong run! It feels good. 2.5 miles felt easy. The next mile I had to start the art of distraction so I started saying "Good Morning" to everyone I passed. It made me feel good and gave me regular goals along the way. Then I moved onto imagining my next race. I kept on telling myself that If I wanted to race well I needed to train well and often in training you need to push into the discomfort zone. Then the last mile was pure "just get me home and feed me"! Ran 5.5miles in just under an hour! Whoop!! I'm really looking forward to #stclere @spartanraceuk in a couple of weeks.
