๐Ÿ‘ 145kg PIN SQUATS ๐Ÿ‘ . Well these were harder than I anticipated. The pin height was set to ensure I get past depth in my squats, and having to slow down to find the pins and touch them, essentially makes these paused squats too... Very challenging, but I enjoyed it and finally felt these little quads having to work hard, so hopefully bring on some gainz... doubtful but we can pray and hope ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿ™„ Also some safety bar box squats to finish, again to get me used to hitting depth so I NEVER get a red light for depth in a comp ever again! . Today was 145kg x 26 total reps, with only 1.30min rest between sets, my lungs, heart and soul felt these.. . Think my warm up wasn't good enough, but afterwards bench and deadlifts went smoothly especially deads.
