After months of doing what I felt like in the gym, it’s time to get serious. My aim to get bigger and stronger on limited time each week led me to @jimwendler 5/3/1. Jim is a man with a behemoth powerlifting total of 2375lb in competition. This week is calculating my maxes in bench press, squat, deadlifts and overhead press plus create my written plan for the next 13 weeks. If it gets written down, it gets measured.
