📣accomplishment 📣 So!.....it has been 5weeks I have been building up my stamina and jacking up my morning routine. 💪 . . I started doing plank and forearm plank for 30secs each, with #parvatasana in between. And building up per week in increments. . . Now everyday first thing when I wake I do plank then forearm plank for 60sec each and then #dolphinpose for 120secs . . That’s a 4min workout -so no excuses! . However tried doubling the challenge by doing the same in the evening, so not the same! . Goes to show mornings are best to get it done! Make that bed Do that plank Go rock the world 💪 . . And the side effect: I can see it is paying off in my pinchamayurasana Which is still a working progress due to overly hyper mobile shoulders that make me feel I am going to eat the mat and my shoulders fly up to my lower ribs!!! . . But I believe I can get there !
