Bike intervals and Core work 💁🏼‍♀️ — ✅2x 10 mins on the bike holding 50RPM with 4 mins rest between — Followed by Core work 3/4sets with 10-12 reps on each: ✅Pallof press with 3 sec hold ✅Single leg glute bridge with pause ✅Baby hugs (not sure what these are called) with 5sec hold ✅Leg and arm raise with 5 second hold ✅Glute bridge/hip thrust — Making sure Pelvic floor and TVA muscles are switched on for each exercise and continue to breath throughout. — Trying to increase the endurance of my pelvic floor by adding in holds for long for each of these exercises. — Fuelled by @iconnutrition 🤗 Recovery with @compex_uk Code RPCF ❤️ —

Very pleased with actually squat cleaning though - normally I only power clean.
