But working together with his athlete, ensuring he fully listens to and watches her, has made all the difference. Conquer offers hyper customization in programming, and that personal connection is what will make the difference in your training. - - - - - - For the past few months, I’ve had the honor of programming for @tigerlily7x17. Upon our first meeting to go over her goals, she was excited to tell me that she had a big surprise for me (In fact, two big surprises 👶🏼🍼👶🏼). This was a completely new realm for me and I was incredibly excited to get started, but definitely a little nervous. The ensuing months have taught me so much about what it means to be a coach and how to be in tune with your athlete. For @tigerlily7x17, every day is different. It’s a constantly evolving process. One day something might work, the next day it might not. She had to learn an entire new way of bracing to limit any excess amount of pressure that is growing every day. On top of that, it’s incredibly hard for a competitive athlete, who’s only mindset has been to lift more, go faster, and push harder, to now have to constantly think about if she’s doing too much. Thankfully (for both of us) @tigerlily7x17 is incredibly in tune with her body and can almost immediately tell when something doesn’t feel right. Trust in your coach is one of the most important aspects of programming. However, a coach must also have full trust in their athlete to be successful. I am beyond thankful that @tigerlily7x17 has put her trust in me with her programming through this incredibly important time in her life, but I am equally thankful knowing I can trust her to stop when she feels it’s right or push herself when

What? AMPK? Magic bullet? Yes, for longevity, cardiovascular health, and reversing diabetes. HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is short bursts of activity followed periods of rest. Example: get on an excerise bike, ride for 30 seconds as hard as you possibly can. HARD HARD HARD, then pedal slow for 4 min. Repeat that pattern 4 times. That's one example of HIIT. HIIT produces AMPK in your body which fuels a host of downstream effects like increasing metabolism among other things. Get some!
