We joined forces and the rest is history baby. 🔸 This is $234,568.95 in revenue that was generated from my Facebook Ads campaigns + Email Marketing campaigns. The store is at $356,815.24 for the year and last year they did $190,679.17. That’s an +89% increase in revenue YoY 🙌 🔸 Not saying this stuff is easy. Every eComm store is unique and faces it’s own set of obstacles to overcome. But when you do this over and over and over and over and over...then you just ‘get it’. When creating content you truly need to ensure it is OF VALUE. Now it used to be that spammy crap 💩 stuffed full of keywords was enough to rank in the search engines. And while not every person would like the content - you made up for it by the fact you’ve grabbed the search volume. However, things are changing. Even search engines like Google have algorithms advanced to know what good content is. So when you create good content (as long as your on-page is also done well), you’re pleasing BOTH search engines and humans alike. And when you do that - you win big time! 🤑 Since you’ve now grabbed a chunk of the search volume for those keywords AND the attention and gratitude 🙏 of the humans making those searches. 👨💻👨💻👨💻
We live in an on demand world. People want things where they want them, when they want them. Think about how we consume something as simple as a TV show. Back during the first run of Will and Grace 20 years ago, you could watch the show on Thursdays at 8pm with your antennae TV , through cable or a satellite dish. That’s it. When the reboot came out 2 years ago there were more than 100 ways to watch that episode of pieces of that episode. If you only have 1 marketing channel or 1 way of talking to your market, you’re in big trouble. You must meet the market where they are. Where they are giving their attention. My new marketing and brand strategy considers many things, one being coming across as more approachable. I'm honing in on what makes a brand authentic and engaging so I'm currently in the process of testing this out. Community is important to me, probably because I grew up in a close-knit town where you can't walk down the main street without saying hello to at least a dozen people.
