Often I hear people saying that eating smaller meals more often will keep your metabolism working faster and therefore you will burn more fat/lose weight. WRONG! It is the least important factor in Fat/Weight Loss. Meal Frequency will not impact metabolism or increase/decrease weight loss. —————————— It is also important to note adherence underpins it all. If you do not stick to the hierarchy, you will not achieve the desired weight or fat loss goals you want. —————————— This is a guideline to order of importance, it will change dependant upon the individual. If this guideline does not work for you, it may need a bit or swapping around.
