Yesterday, the 20th of March marked the beginning of spring and therefore the season for fruity, crisp and refreshing cocktails. Here's a perfect example from @deathandcompany, featuring strawberries. This drink really showcases the combination of fresh strawberries and cinammon! For this cocktail it's really important to use fresh strawberries to get the fresh crisp strawberry flavour and not the heavier cooked jammy flavour of strawberry syrups and purees, thats why its best enjoyed in spring when strawberries are in season.
