January 15, 2019. The day my life and my health changed for the BEST. . It was on this day that I finally took the plunge and invested in not only my physical well being but my mental too. . I remember the isolation, insecurity and helplessness I felt postpartum with my first baby. Up 70 pounds, I didn’t feel like myself and I didn’t know how to get back to being me. It took 15 months to feel like Olivia again and it was a long and troubling road full of crash dieting, over exerting myself and eventually falling off the wagon. I knew this time around it had to be different. . FOUR MONTHS AGO I took my second postpartum journey and showed it who was boss. Through an incredibly supportive online community, my bad ass and fellow boy mama coach @jaimeinnis and the easy to follow workout and nutrition programs I feel more like me than EVER. . It’s about so much more than the 45 pounds and 20 something inches I’ve lost.. it’s about how I FEEL. And let me tell you, I feel pretty damn good ✨ . TODAY IS THE DAY!!!! One year ago I stepped out of my comfort zone to realize what lit that fire in my belly. That made changes for me not only physically but mentally. That when I felt like I was too late, that I can still still accomplish my goals in my mid-30's LADIES I want you to know you can be an influencer as well!!! I use to think becoming a Beachbody coach meant I had to be in the best shape - really I just had to be working on becoming the best version of myself while helping others on their journey. Sharing how. I thought I needed to be 100% spot on with nutrition, with kale being my fav food, when really I learned that life is about balance, enjoying yourself in moderation. To this day, I haven't tried kale and I still love my Cadbury eggs. I never thought I was inspiring enough to be coach, but it turns out, I really enjoy being a cheerleader for others and supporting them daily. Not only does it bring me joy to help others believe in themselves and reach their goals but it also helps me to show up daily. I never thought I had that incredible story, not even a transformation one. That I was alone. Coaching has given me is the strength and support to share my experiences, what I go and have gone thru. That it's more than a physical journey, but also a mindset change as well. It has brought me closer to other women who have similar goals as me and helped get rid of the negativity in my life. It has made me realize that I am not by myself, and others feel the same way I do. And on my hard days where I would normally give up, my team is there to help me thru. Cheers to another year of being healthier, to be happier. Another year of helping others, learn and create a happier lifestyle that it isn't restrictive, dreadful or a diet. To learning more each day. I am looking to share this experience and do this together!!! WHY NOT YOU??? A little truth this morning. I’ve shared with a couple people in my life, my team and some close friends, that I’ve been struggling in my life with being motivated with my work. (As I have my two toddlers climbing all over me.)🤪👧🏻👧🏻 . First off, let me say I’m completely 100 percent grateful that I am able to pursue my dreams and passions from home while raising my babies.🙏🏻 That will never change, however, where I am in my business I am needing a change/help and that’s why I am on the hunt for child care 1-2 times a week for my girls. And I’ve also learned along the way, finally...😅( IT’S OKAY TO ASK FOR HELP) . With that in my mind I just want to remind anyone out there who’s maybe feeling the same, or feeling unmotivated in your own life or work/business life, that it’s okay to surrender to certain seasons in your life.❤️ . Surrender and remind yourself that you can achieve anything if you’re willing to work for it. Just don’t loose that vision, and don’t be scared of failing in the process of this season because the only time we’ll fail, is if we don’t keep trying.👊🏻 . #mondaymotivation

I almost said “back at it” on this Monday morning but truth is, I worked out everyday this weekend. Not because I had to but because I wanted to. . I knew it would make me feel better after being cooped up inside because of all the rain. My body just needed to move. And I knew there would be extra Easter treats and I wasn’t even mad about it. I enjoyed all the yummy stuff but most of all, I enjoyed spending time with our family. . Life gets hectic but I sometimes wish holidays were more often so we would have an excuse to get together more often ❤️ . 80DO: Day 8 Total Body Core ✅

Dessa forma, devemos utilizar nosso lado racional, respirar fundo para o cérebro oxigenar, se afastar um pouco da situação e não tomar decisões precipitadas antes de se acalmar. Você deve sempre agir sempre analisando a situação e verificando todas as alternativas e consequências possíveis. Com o foco em sempre encontrar a solução. I’ve got my heels on, my superfoods in hand, and I’m ready to take on Monday! • Funny story, did I tell you about the time I broke my big toe? It was in the last year! 😂 At the time we had a brand new puppy in the house who wasn’t yet potty trained. She proceeded to squat on my (tan) comforter ——so I sprung up to move her before she peed on my bed——— and in the process I FELL OFF THE BED!😂🤣😂🤣😂 That, friends, is how I broke my big toe. • All of that to say, it’s nice to wear open toed shoes and feel confident taking on the day! • Happy Monday folks!

Am I the only person who thinks they’ve grown up to fast? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One minute I’m 18 and getting sent off to boot camp with my nerves exploding, reading to “grow up” and be an adult, and the next second I’m engaged, and always so sad to leave my home every time I see my family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There’s not enough time in this world to spend with our loved ones, to travel and explore, to reach the milestones we want. There truly is no second we can waste. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Set your goals, and keep working to reach it, and while you’re in the process, make sure you make time for yourself and your family and loved ones. Time truly does slip through our fingers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Out of all of the things in this world, time will never be something we can control.
